addition to /givecash

i dont know if this feature exists but here is what i propose

/givecash [name ID] [credits] [optional message]

im proposing the optional message, so givecash could work like a check, where if i pay somebody for a service, i can SS the text, or communicate whatever i need when i send the money all at once.. this is most useful when said user is offline.

Like the ability to add 'Anon' to remove your name, this is pretty cool.

Seems like something worth adding, though you could just use the /PM/Mailbox thingy.

Hardly anybody knows about the Anon, and it doesn't really have a purpose.
