I'm going to be brief. My people are having a difficult time bringing goods to Crete while [A]narchists are attacking said convoys. With the Black Sails having issued an apparant bounty on all Zoners, the job hasn't gotten any easier.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Martinez who decided to set fire upon my ship while I was carrying a full cargo hold of Food Rations bound for Crete. I have brought supplies to Crete for over a year but now I'm getting mixed signals. Is the Empire saying, "we no longer need your supplies?" What's going on?
The Zoner Alliance has sent multiple messages to your people regarding the matter of the [A]narchists -- thus far without reply. If these attacks continue while these comm channels remain silent, my people will have to start taking more dire measures.
Buenos noches gringos, now we finally have you there to discuss our complicated problem. Our tolerance to Zoner presence in region have been dramatically lowered by Zoner Alliance actions.
This message is under reviewing of High Command. The answer will be send over this frequency in the next 24 hours.
We'll review all facts and actions to take a conclusion decision over that matter.

These Anarchist Corsairs will no longer cause trouble to convoys headed to Corsair bases. However, since the Zoners participated in destruction of the Artemis, one of the Brotherhood flagships, they are no longer considered 'neutral', with the exception of Temporary Autonomous Zoners - who had the cojones to admit that they need to be on our good side to prosper.
All other zoner vessels not taking supplies to Corsair bases are to be dealt with at individual Corsair's discretion.

Your speedy reply is appreciated.
May I humbly ask that all independent Zoners who did not participate in the assault of the aforementioned Brotherhood vessel be omitted from your Bounty Boards? There are a lot of good folks out there who have never been to Omega-3 and are killed on sight simply because the live in a Freeport.
Many indie Zoners bring supplies to Corsairs but in order to keep their business flowing, have to perform trade with other factions. Now we Zoners are quite used to taxes and if you wish to tax, by all means. But the currently posted Kill on Sight bounty will make it difficult for folks to come out of Freeports 9 and 5 for fear of being killed because they aren't carrying supplies for Corsairs. Taxing, of course, is not so much of an issue.
The Sovereign is sleeping and might respond later...
You bring goods most notably food to Corsairs or ship Artifacts you live. You don't'¦ you die. That simple. If you want the bounty off your heads then you better convince those that still remain in the Zoner Alliance, (]c[); OSI; VE; PC; ZDF, to make amends'¦ Or you can join the [TAZ]. Your choice.

If I may be so bold as to say the following:
A group of terrorists invaded the Zoner Guard system and set fire upon Freeport 15, the largest Food developer in the Omicrons. They crippled the station. My people sent the Corsair Empire authorities a message and for 3 days until the Freeport 1 incident, there was no reply. No reply as to what the Corsairs are planning. No reply as to their thoughts on the situation. No response of any kind.
Meanwhile all Food shipments into Crete were shot down and Freeport 9 was bombarded. And still my people received no answer. The Anarchists have not only bombarded the Zoners but have attacked your own people. In the past, when the so called "Ghost Ships" did the same, they were swiftly marked as enemies of the Corsair Empire. When QCP opened fire on a Corsair Elder near Gran Canaria, the Zoners went to battle with Andrew Stuart and his privateers. I was there -- engaged in the first contact. When QCP demanded that we deport all Corsairs from the planet, my people went to war to defend them and OPG came to our aid.
These things which I have said to you, a list of mutual sacrafices between our people, is what has mended conflicts in the past. And this is exactly what is going to mend conflicts today.
I am not going to comment on the Omega-3 incident as I was not present there. From the Virulian Enclave reports that I've read, it appears to be that the Corsair forces fired first shots inside a No Fire Zone. I'm not going to assert these statements or discuss them at length. I was not a witness to those events. That you will have to take up with the party members that were present during the attack. I, however, see no reason why other Zoners should be placed on a Kill on Sight list everytime they don't have Food Provisions in their cargo hold. The resources we supply to you are a result of an economic boom which many merchants have attained by trading with a multitude of factions.
Saludo. I will make it clear. You referring to the incident near Freeport 15 where [A] Wing where "helping to clear some of the old ships we had lying around Freeport 9 and Omicron 74". And now you trying to show us some dramatic facts of freeport being damaged.. etc.. etc.. And that silly shipment holding announced by your men after the incident that can't even be lying somewhere near the Council interests do be reviewed does made us think in the way that was obvious to every Corsair. We showed out patience to Zoner presence so close to our borders because of your ability to be useful - but when you turned the trigger off our pilot's patience have disappeared. I think my point of view is clear enough. And i still not touched the fact of you gathering all scum and renegade forces around yourself in case of hiding behind them from our siege fleet. This will be mentioned as well.
Adios Senor Yevan.

Oh.. a shipment of food you say? What a nice surprise I must say. Allthough moi hermanos already stated the main points I'll give my input here too. And it's pretty simple.
Don't think that by brining as a shipment of food you do us a godly favor. Instead you do yourself a favor while shipping food to our stations ensuring a more comfortable existence. You've been poking a sleeping beast for far too long. And now by hitting it at the end, lets just say, you prove not to be exactly a genius. But despite all of this, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. it just makes me wonder, when you'll spot it.
Put that a side, firing on shipments with supplies heading to corsair bases is violation of corsair law. And no-one is above the law. Just remember, that you are watched closely.
Oh and those anarchists you are describing. My apologies senor. I've never met them.
