Omicroners.
Please show me where it states that in the Good Neighbor Policy, if it is in fact part of the policy, it should be easy to point out.

I believe that would be the part, Elder Sephardi.
Freeport 9 is there for trade, refueling and re-stocking, for non-warships really.
Artemis was not using it for any of these purposes, yet being in our sovereign space.
We can only assume, that as the ship did not leave as asked, he was either intending to force dock, or initiate hostilities with the other hostiles which were also being shooed away from the area, and thus bringing war to our doorstep. This would come under violation of either our signed treaty for the docking, or the good neighbour policy for staging.
We do not take battleships to your home, it seems that you should return the favour no? For mutual peace?
And, as I said, I will return to the old agreement at any time, should the threat of war be removed for Zoners abiding by it.
Quote:Our bases are welcome ports to those who seek to trade, refuel and restock. They are not welcome ports for those who seek to use them as springboards for military action or to seek refuge from aborted attempts of the same.
Our ship was neither using the base as a springboard for military action, nor was it using it to flee from an aborted attempt at combat. In fact, it was not using your base for anything.

The ship never docked, nor did it attempt to dock, so your suggestion is that even though the treaty we signed said we could not dock, not docking is somehow a violation? As for staging, the ship was not docked, it was not using the base for repair, restocking or trade, it was not using the base for rearming, it was not using the base at all. But apparently not using the base, not docking the base and following the treaty and the good neighbor policy, is somehow a violation of the treaty. Pathetic and transparent, that's what you are.

If it was not using our base for anything, it should have no problem leaving the area immediately when asked.
I mean, Zoners do not park battleships next to Crete and expect no consequences.

*Ahem*
Marvin here.
I ussualy let neighboring Zoners deal with their own problems, and let me deal with mine. As sad as I was, signed over so called 'pollitical' control to the Omicroners of Freeport 11, although, the officiality of it I question, it was never in writing. As for rumors of me leaving my position, it is completely false. I will never leave my home, I am still the station administrator and Prime Guardian of Freeport 11. As for the status of it... We're fine. Doing quite well actually, according to the FP11 Economic Advisory Committee, Iridium profits are up 5.2%. As for diplomatically... Everything is quiet. No recent attacks of any kind. I will not have my freeport take part in this...war? We've already been through one, and we certainly dont need another. I like peace...and I will certainly not take part in any attacks against the Corsairs due to the Omicroners. Anyways, Corsairs are always welcome here, although I doubt you'd need it considering... Yaren...
The Corsair empire has every right to track enemies throughout Omicron Theta.
Two enemy capital ships moments away from Crete is a security threat that must be monitored. So, we were monitoring, and not violating our agreement, nor violating the "Good Neighbor Policy" yet you felt the need to violate our treaty. Yes yes, I am glad this is taking place on a public channel, hopefully other groups that might be thinking about making treaties with you will take heed of your inability to abide by your own laws, or the agreements you make, and are willing to void the treaty without any kind of violation having happened. Let all of Sirius see how the Omicroners abide by their treaties.
I have made my point, it is clear you only wish for a conflict with the Corsairs, so thank your Eris, for your wish has been granted.

Eris? I think you have us mistaken with another organisation Elder Sephardi.
Monitoring? Really. I see. Would it not be prudent for such a large ship as a battleship to monitor the cloud to the south of the Freeport, to actually protect Corsair space, rather than an excursion into the Freeport's space?
If it really was monitoring, then we may review our decision.
As for public channels, we indeed wish to broadcast our dealings with you, so others know of your conduct and general war-mongering.
Comm ID: globalo, elder of The Brotherhood.
Target: screaming Sebastian Coen.
Senor. As you may know i was on board of the Artemis when this incident happened.
You know what is the funniest part? That you are not taking serious what is elder Sephardi saying to you. You think that artemis was taked to theta to use freeport as shield? or to dock there? Sorry, we are not outcast dreadnought that is magically docking on your freeport every time we came...
But back to problem.
You are saying that Artemis has not leaved when asked. Can i know how you know that?
Because at first, words of captain from your aquilion were:
(]o[): Mannock: Artemis go to hell or 5 km of this FP
Is this asking? You think i will follow when someone is talking to me, and to flagship of The Brotherhood with this tone?
In standart situation, right after receiving such a arrogant words i order gunners to open fire, but i was really surprised by myself that i ordered artemis to turn to gamma and move.
now for make things really clear, you can compare this:
Part from our conversation, that was sended by captain of YOUR ship:
(]o[): Mannock: Artemis go to hell or 5 km of this FP
[TBH]: go to hell?
[TBH]: show me the way
SCRA: Steele: It's up the road and to the left
[TBH]: i dont mean that omega 52
Solar: buuu you suck (weird distress call)
(]o[): Mannock: You are inside a Zoner that your people say that nothing bigger than a bomber can stay here
SCRA: Steele: I think that our home is quite nice, thank you
[TBH]: i was watching how are outcasts and SCRA fighting near your little base
[TBH]: and how zoners make nothing except talking
(]o[): Mannock: Steele... you shoot inside a NFZ
[TBH]: and zoner, your only luck is that i am respecting the deal
[TBH]: be so arrogant next time, and I answer...
(]o[): Mannock: Oh thanks for nothing
as you can see on this picture is artemis fully turned to omicron gamma, and magically you hate time there to compare...
And as i am sure, you really good know how long it take to turn a battleship and how long it take to leave area. it is not fighter that is turned in 2 seconds and that has its cruise enginers ready in another 5 seconds.
So now. please, repeat me again. in which point artemis refused to leave when asked?
Or better, Show me where was artemis asked to leave???
Show me that please, because only what i see is zoner sending our flagship to hell!!!
And you can be sure that i personnaly send him to hell when i meet him in that ship again !
The Policy of Freeport 9 was terminated in response to the following message broadcasted by Corsair Elder Sephardi:

You have come to the last straw with me. I am done with this, Omicroners will keep their ships out of Corsair space, any ship found in Corsair space will be destroyed, there will be no warnings. When people look back on the start of this war, they will see the Omicroners at the center, your screams of victimization will do you no good this time, you will have alienated yourselves from all who would care to deal with you. You actions have actually destroyed the No Fire Zone in Theata, as all the major factions in the area now have declared that they do no recognize it, or your authority there. You have caused a mess for yourselves, and I can wait to see you try to clean it up.
Miguel Sephardi
This is the second time that Corsairs have issued hostilities against the Zoners due to a denial of docking rights for Freeport 9. This time with the denial to dock being already covered under the Freeport 9 Policy which the Corsair Empire signed. Even pending the possibility that Elder Globalo did not break Freeport 9's No Fire Zone, no hostilities were initiated by the Omicroners against the Artemis from the time of the incident to the revoking of the aforementioned Policy.
In other words, no cruel or unusual punishment against the Brotherhood's Flagship was carried out.
By contrast, the Corsair Empire has declared War on the Free People of the Zoner Community. This is the third time since the formation of the terrorists known as the Anarchists, that the Corsair Empire has declared open assault against our kind.
This unprecedented aggressive behavior has gone further than any hostilities ever delivered from the Maltese Nation, the Coalition, and the Bounty Hunters Guild combined. As such, no Treaty between our people and the Corsair Empire can be tolerated.
The aggression that took place against the Corsairs, the Brotherhood and the Artemis is that Freeport 9 attacked the Artemis, on orders of the Omicroners. When you order your stations gunners to attack a Brotherhood ship for no reason, that is an act of war. And to that, the Omicroners revoked the peace treaty between you and the Corsairs before any aggression from the Corsairs. We follow the treaties between our peoples, we follow the good neighbor policy and yet you order your station to attack us, well, we respond in kind. The time for talk is over, the time for death is more than well at hand.
To be very clear for all those Zoners who have long valued their relations with the Corsair empire. The Corsairs only have issues with the Omicroners, no other ships will be targets, Zoners are not in danger, just the Omicroners, we have no wish to punish those who have done us no wrong.
