Greetings,
We wish to send a message to two Mollys Pirate : Coal.Train and Looney.bin.
We apologize for the lack of scan or informations but they will be easy to find as they mostly operate in Dublin, one of them on a Pirate transport.
The reason of this bounty is the repeated non respect of the mining license agrement.
Reward is 4 Millions per kill, up to 3 kills each.
We will check results on this matter in 3 Days.
Payement will be done on evidence showing, please make sure to respect the 4 hours respawning delay by providing the time on the evidences.
Regards,

Well, Ser, it seems that we have a problem here. We have a failure to communicate.
The mining licenses are not 'Pirate Protection Payments'. They are work Visas. Dublin is a rough-assed place, and anyone found with his trousers around his ankles is gonna receive the attention he is secretly craving.
Having a work visa does not mean that you won't get held up and mugged.
Coal.Train & Looney.Bin are acting like true Molly's, and you are acting like a true miner; they are targetting lone moners... sorry, miners... and you are mining without escorts.
I can only strongly suggest that you revoke this bounty, and spend the money instead on hiring Coal.Train and Looney.Bin as escorts.
You DO know mollies ARE pirates right... mining licenses or not, it's a payment to live or die. Mining licenses, as Mr. Coin said, are just there so you can mine, they don't allow you to live. They allow you to mine. Living is a whole different permit!
Sorry for the low encryption. I'm communicating far away from any communication links.
We are very much aware that Mollys are Pirates, although some like to see themselves otherwise. Due to our working shift, we cannot always have the luxury of an escort on the mine field. Furthemore, mining is a difficult work and a long process as you already know, and not every escort want to sit for such long periode of time. And I do have to keep profit margin in the head when it comes to escort and permit. I already explain on another channel that on the ligth of the amount of cash required, the equilibrium isn't balanced. Short of doing the math, you understand that paying between 1 and 4 Mil a license, then engaging Looney and Coal services for 5 Mil each, for this is what they are asking mostly, and probably another 4 to 6 Mil if we get stopped on the way to Detroit, we better get into the water or the oxygen business.
To Ryan Dole, Guarda :
Our first way to deal with encounterings in Dublin and anywhere else is always a diplomatic one, specialy regardings our activitys and the vessels in our fleet. But we do know how to recognise a potential partner from a untrustworthy one. Mollys are playing a strange game there but we can't really blame you.
Your disunity is the main reason why things happen this way, or so we hope...
It is a free universe after all and we will enforce what we think is rigth the way we want. We can tell you, for we are regulary talking to them, that many miners have been migthily upset those last days in Dublin. More than the usual. Keep pressing them like this and they will unit against you. Whatever they can come with solution, that will not profit you. Try to think as a businessman.
This Bounty will go on, just so you understand that if we have to throw money away, we can do it several ways. There are many mine fields around Sirius and we would have no problem going somewhere else if it comes to that. But be assured that before we do, we will put our creativity in motion to keep the balance in Dublin.
To The Mandalorian Mercenaries and Goat :
Very well, we will wait for the results.
