Guten Tag Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
or, as I think you'd say, Hola Senoras and Senores.
You might be surprised about me contacting you, but I think it is long overdue. The Corsair Empire and the Unioners have had dealings in the past, going smooth and profitable for both of our groups way back, and bing a bit more...complicated and rough in the recent past.
Now you might ask what is it that revolutionary Rheinlandish scumbag wants from us? Its simple, really. I am a businessman really and as long as the Hessians, bundschuh and LWB think we share their goals, they are as easy to milk as a cow in the stable...
Anyway, recent encounters of my pilots and the Black Sails and the friendly approach and mutal degree of respect shown towards each other make be believe that it is time to refresh the fruitful relations we once shared and to start negotiations for a new commercial agreement between the Mighty Corsair Empire and the Unioners.
There is much we can give each other and I hope this is as appealing to you as it is to us.

Guten.. argghh 'Ola, excuse me for my inability to adjust to local costums. That never was my aim, I just figured that would help us to understand each other better. But with a man of your type I guess we can find one apropriete and understandable language of which both of us can talk fluently. That would be profit, as I assume from your messege.
Now you might be surprised why a messege directed to council is answered by some kind of bandit with funny sombrero, who obviuosly likes to party more than to discuss work, what to talk about the work itself? Si? Well, even if part about parties are correct rest is not that accurate. See the distance between the council and rheinland is quite long. And there is always a lot of other matters to deal with. But we can not ignore such a good opportunity either. And since sails are close to you at the moment and already few encounters with your group I think it's the best decision to solve this matter with our capable hands.
Now lets get to the actuall buissnes. I am relativly young and I do not know much about the past time affairs. What it means? It means that we need to come to a new agreement which is not based on the earlier ones if both of us want to gain something.
*sigh*
.. some artifacts we find here are even more shinny than any diamonds. My engement ring still has a pretty piece of artifact in it. Magnificant. I know that there is a lot of more people who wants them too. For variuos reasons. You are aiming for a very profitable market I can asure that.
But we have a problem here. The place from where are can deliver them is quite far. And to make us travel all the way to rheinland with such a valueble cargo is quite unpractical. I think your men won't want to risk their lifes coming to edge worlds too. The best solution would be appropriete drop point, somewhere near sigmas would fit the needs best. Where our men could come and handover the goods to your men, who could haul them further from there.
For now I think this is all I can tell you. If you have more concerns, we can use this channel for further discussion.
my secretary Tanja (you know, the one with the large wings and huge docking bay) told me once that to unterstand someone else better, you should get into his shoes.
So now we're both sitting here with a Sombrero, a cigar and a bottle of booze and I'm drinking to your well-being and to a step onto better understanding between the two of us.
But we were talking business. You see, the encounters my people and I had with you, especially the Black Sails in Rheinland lately tought us that you are reasonable men and however pride and eager, knowing how to respect a potential friend and partner. And I dare say that I am glad that we were fighting alongside and not agains teach other today.
These shiny artefacts you mentiones are indeed what caught our interest. You see, we already have well established routes into the core market of these stones, Liberty. We have expertise in bringing things across the border, so it wouldn't be problematic to add one more type of items to our manifest list.
You might say that we are working with your enemies, the Red Hessians already. While this is true, we have no interest in the war between the two of you whatsoever.
As a matter of fact, working with us would bring you not only the benefit of selling more of your products, no, every Unioner transport that is shipping your goods, is one less that is running for the Hessians, so your profit would be even larger than the monetarian gain.
I am also offering your transports and their escorts docking rights to one of our station, Leipheim where we already had some business relations with your fellow countrymen before, so all the infrastructure is already in place.
In return, we kindly ask permission to traverse your space and be allowed to purchase your goods.
On a sidenote, as you know we are closely...affiliated with the Landwirtrechtbewegung, so it should be no problem to....divert a shipment of food towards Crete.
We also have through our business in Liberty, acess to some other exotic goods that you might like...
There is one thing though, I have to ask you for in order to make that work: I urge you and your pilots to not force us into situations where we have to assist either your or the Hessian forces in combat, as we very much want to maintain a neutral stance in this conflict, both of you being valuable business partners for us.
With the SCRA however its a entirely different matter and we will joyfully help you vaporizing them wen and whereever they raise their ugly heads.
Now I hope that this will be the beginning of a fruiteful and long lasting partnership between our people. I'm looking at this as a first step and going from here, a great many of things might be possible in the future.
I am contacting you again because I might have something you might be interested in: We are both fighting against the SCRA and I might have access to information about them that could prove invaluable to your people. Sure we could use thom ourselves, but we lack the resources and manpower to use this to hit them where it really hurts. I'm talking about transponder codes, troop movements, Gazprom H-Fuel shipments and a great many more things.
If you are interested in these, let me know, and also what this might be worth to you.

Oh, sorry for being late. Had some important matters to take care of earlier, and..
*Suddently a chair flys above Alaveras head, hitting the sombrero*
Excuse me for a minute profavor.
*He stands up from the bar table and goes somwhere beyond the reach of the camera, few nasty sounds, bumps, shouts... silence. After couple of minutes he returns with a wipe placed in his nose*
Gracias for being patient. See, we were having a fiesta, but some people here are not accustomed to our party style. But as civilized people we managed to solve this...
*A shout from a side makes a corsair to turn his head to the left*
'Rodrigo, should I drag hi...'
*The sair has waved away in a blink and turned back to the camara*
Uh.. si. I don't have much time now until guards will show up. So I make it plain simple. All ships with goods to our bases are more than welcome to dock with said bases. As long as ships are not listed us our enemies. Some automatic systems might not recognize you, so I suggest to check and configure your transpoders if neccesery before proceeding to our space.
But not only food. I think you have quite a good access to junker depot in new berlin. Those junkers trades in engine componenets which are very well priced at tripoly shipyard. I think Junkers from Rochester will have what to sell to junkers at new berlin too. By the way that makes full circle, si? Buissnes !
And what touches other matters than buissnes. Si, the hessians, I wasn't that thoughful. But you bringed up another important point. We won't force you into such situations you described, but we will defend ourselves if attacked. I think there is no much what to say on this topic... ech. But yet you rised another one.
SCRA those idealistic teenagers were getting on my nerves back at our home in omega-5. Information would be valueble, but for military operations I must discuss this with other corsair clans. Also this seems a bit fishy for me now. But it doesn't mean anything bad... yet. I'm suspiciuos about all people who are offering to give something and not asking for anything in return.
Now I must go. I'll hit you on this channel on more appropriete time and try to contact the other clans about your proposal.
I'm glad we've come to an agreement here and I'm sure my people will welcome this virtual change of trade and chance to profit.
As for our different styles to celebrate, why don't we meet on Leipheim base some day and celebrate this agreement together? Just need to tell the bartender to plug all the interior onto the floor first. *he smirks*
We'll take care of our transponders and I'm sure we'll find something to ship to Crete your people will be able to make good use of. I'll also make sure to send some exotic dancers along with the first shipment, for the councils pleasure.
The business with the SCRA...well I indeed wasn't offering that for free, but was asking you to place an offer for it. Though you are indeed the first party we are making this offer to, as a sign of our good faith.
I'm looking forward to hear what the council has to say abou this.

To offer something to you as corsair nation I need to talk with the rest of the council. That's why I am in position that I can't offer anything myself. Say your woes and wishes and lets see if there is possibility to make them come true, just keep in mind that we are not some god-fairy. I'll forward it to the council and comeback with the decision.
Ah and by the way, yes, apperantly we are intrested in that kind of intel.
