Bounty on [RF]Verteiler

Hello I have issued a bounty on a ship named the [RF]Verteiler.
I was mining my own business when he came along and tractored all the ore my poor mining drone had harvested. He did this without paying, and called it a donation.
Quite frankly, I do not donate to scum, and have seen it right to have a bounty placed on his head.

Anyone on the good side of the law can claim this, I want a guncamera of his ship imploding and one telling him that's what he gets for interfering with Krugers mining operations.

For every time I get the pleasure of his ship blowing up, I am going to fork over 10million credits to however manages to take him out. But you must meet the requirments of above, and show me that you are on the good side of the law and Rheinland (//ID and IFF)

Feel free to claim this as many times as you want, until I decide that he has learned his lesson.

Oh, and just one last note- he was in a pirate transport. And tends to frequent Omega-7
