Those who finished single player, remembers Kernal Kress of Cali base.

A guy who works and helps out Order while taking high ranking position in outcast society.

This is, of course, ignored in disco lore, right?

Not all Outcasts have to agree on nomads.

The players who RP as being nomad friendly mainly do it out of choice, not beecause they are forced to.

Same as people who dont shoot nomad morphs on sight.

If you want to change how outcasts behave towards nomads, do it on RP.

He's not just an outcast. He's administrator of Cali Base. It's not like I'm going to change anything or I'm unhappy with the current situation. I just sek information. Investigation like thing.

And from OC ID:

* Can ally with Nomads and Keepers
* Cannot engage Nomads, Wild or Keepers except in self-defence

So they are forced.

Yeah, the Outcasts started hating the Order for:

1. Shooting Outcasts

2. Allying with the Corsairs and giving the Corsairs the Osiris

3. Shooting the Nomads which they've come to respect

The Outcasts decision to treat the Nomads as neutral was a recent one I think, after the Nomad War when the Nomads became a more common sight.

Kress probably ended up falling from a position from power if he really stood against the Nomads.

There are Outcasts who don't like the Nomads, but they're a minority enough to not have a voice worth a damn in Outcast government.

Like so:

Most Outcasts - Indifferent
Some Outcasts - Like Nomads
Few Outcasts - Dislike Nomads
Very Few Outcasts - Fanatically love Nomads in a creepy, almost illegal fashion

Yeah, the ones that want to shoot Nomads are in such a minority that the Maltese Laws forbid them from doing so.

I imagine he would have been... replaced... if his policy doesn't coincide with that of the Dons of Malta. Yes. Replaced. By someone who does not need to breathe vacuum.

Seriously, though. Order has many operatives infiltrated in various houses and organizations - it's a given they had one in the Outcast society as well.

Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.

Infiltrate - hardly.
Bribe - possibly.

Or maybe he just sympathized with the Order for its goals...

There are Outcasts who strongly dislike Nomads, but can't act on it. Secretly selling/giving info to the Order makes perfect sense.
