It does not matter. We know this little Corsair, and he shall pay with his own blood. Either he puts it in a bag himself, or we will come to collect it for him.

[Subject]: Corsairs engaged in Sigma13
Dear lords and ladies, fellow Blood Dragons,
today I carried out another patrol, together with the Dragons Lady Reiko Abe and Lord Karasu "Nevermore" Hatake. We were flying in Sigma 13 when two Corsairs of the Brotherhood began broadcasting a system-wide provocation targeted at the Blood Dragons.
Of course we couldn't let those trivial bandits look down on us. We searched and found them: two Titans with the names Banderas and Matei.
After a short time, the Nevermore fell to the enemy guns, but shortly after, one of the Corsairs made a deadly mistake:
Soon, an Outcast fighter flying under the name LordAtrocity, came to our help. With our combined forces, the second Corsair fell in front of our guns:
After that incident, Lady Abe and myself returned to Kyoto. Lord Karasu is currently in medical treatment, but he should recover soon, since he is only lightly injured.
Yamamoto Ryohei out. Long live the dragons!

A short while after the Corsair incident, I met a certain Lady Kakujin
on our homebase, Kyoto. She was a Golden Chrisanthemum. We
talked in the bar for a few minutes and decided to go on a patrol.
We undocked, Lady Kakujin in her Red Catamaran and myself in
a Blood Dragon Heavy Fighter, and headed towards the Sigma 13
jumphole. It seemed to be phase alligned, so we jumped. Suddenly,
we heard on long range communications that another Corsair was operating
in the area. We located the scum near the New Berlin jumphole,
taxing a passing trader. It was a class M26 Corsair Gunboat. Luckily,
I had an Inferno mounted my fighter, and Kakujin a Supernova
torpedo launcher. Together, we stripped the Corsair of his shields,
and she managed to blow him out of the sky with her torpedoes.
Another skillful victory for the Blood Dragons and Golden Chrysanthemums.
The Blood Dragons thank you, Shatou Kakujin.
Honory members of the Council, fellow Dragons.
This time, i have come to you with an urgent matter. Not long ago, we were chasing a suspected Corsair spy, known as the "Kiretsu", the little one escaped. But we should, from this moment on, scan, halt, and inspect EVERY SINGLE GC pilot. Be it a smuggler, or a figther pilot. This is one of many reasons. Just to name two others.. Their heavy usage of Cardamine, and ofcourse, their different ideas on how Kusari should be, we disapprove of.
Treat every GC as Neutral to Unfriendly. Open fire when needed, and follow the protocol.

I have arrived at Kyoto with out any incident. My ship was heavily damaged while trying to escape police and rogues just before and inside Kusari space. I am currently resting awaiting further orders.

Lord Dejesus,
As a Blood Dragon, I will comply to your order. But may I ask for the reasons for this sudden change of our stance towards the Golden Chrysanthemum? As far as my personal experiences with this "Kiretsu" goes, I haven't witnessed any suspicious actions of her. On contrary, she has showed a certain willingness to help our cause several times.
Surely your decision wouldn't be prematurely taken and I will fully understand if intel on that matter may not be destined for my ears. But I would really appreciate a little enlightenment in this matter.
Long live the Dragons!

But the Raven, sitting lonely on that placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered; not a feather then he fluttered--
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "Other friends have flown before--
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before."
<blockquote>Then the bird said, "Nevermore."</blockquote>
<div align="right"></div>
I do not fully support this deciscion. And it was not mine to make. But Lord Willis'. Please, ask him your questions, for i am not the one to awnser them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lady i trust you are not questioning my leadership?
I have my reason and my reason will stay with the High Command.
Yet my second in-command does not understand my order he is loyal and will do the best for the NovaPG.
This scum bucket will die and die hard, i am sick of fly by night ego running fighters who break our code and when in group form with the NovaPG,
ask for separate donations from traders who pay my NovaPG members their 2 mill tax, this is disgusting and should never happen, its dishonor and low,
i want him irradiated from our space. i will not allow Dumb at Birth people bringing my faction down for their stupidity.

**Incoming Transmission**
Konnichiwa, brothers!
I have the apparently dubious honour of making this transmission, although it would seem I could wish for better circumstances.
I am merely requesting further information regarding this sudden change in your stance towards your fellow sisters of Kusari. We may differ slightly on how Kusari needs to change, but our common goals remain the same. Our use of cardamine is for ritualistic purposes and has the useful advantage for preventing infiltration of our sisterhood. I assure you there are no Corsair spies hiding amongst our number, nor any Kusari agents.
We are, just as you are, dedicated to the overthrow of the male dominated, outdated, imperialistic regime that is so heavily influenced by the accursed Samura. Our methods may differ, but our goals are surely the same. We have much help to offer each other with co-operation, and I believe we should remain on cordial terms with one another. We have enemies enough without fighting amongst ourselves.
I hope we can reach an amicably satisfactory agreement on the issues troubling you, and hope that our long-standing relationship in our fight against the corruption prevalent throughout Kusari may remain as strong as ever.
