Daumann > BMM relations

[Salvager]

I have a new Daumann trader, but whatever I do I can't get on friendly terms with BMM. I shoot a load of Corsairs, the rep goes neutral, I dock somewhere and it switches back to hostile again. I get a BMM bribe that cost just over $1m, I un-dock and they're hostile again!

What's causing this? Is it my Daumann ID? Are Daumann and BMM at war or something?

I believe from what you have stated it seems that BMM- Daumann are currently rep hacked hostile. Your Daumann ID is to blame. I believe its to stop people from docking on bases they are not supposed to.

Edit: I also agree that they shouldn't be KOS to either factions.

as far as I know, BMM and Daumann are competitors. We dont KOS eachother though

i dont see why the ID needs to be hostile.

My thought exactly. It's preventing me from trading with New London because Thames Outpost causes everyone else to shoot me.

try baf bap and every other bret faction bribes and make their reps green, BMM will still shoot you but the everyone else will ignore you.

But! Sometimes the brets will shoot you even if they are green for no reason and apparently at random times if bmm shows.

As the others said its a rephack and it's there to prevent bmm and daumann who are business competitors, to dock at each other bases. :rolleyes:
