It does not matter if someone lost or not. Fact is that there is a chance to get officiality revoked. Your argument is a false one on this matter.
Oh, and it is Snak3. I hope you know numbers above 2.
Eat this!
Ok Mr. Snak, why don't you show me where a faction has had it's official status revoked after a few months of inactivity? Why don't you show me where a faction has taken status from an official faction? Why don't you show me any faction request that has been allowed where an existing faction is since the one Official faction per NPC faction came into effect? Show me any piece of evidence aside from your own delusions to back up your claim. Anything and maybe I can take you seriously, but as it stands right now, you are taking words out of your backside and putting them up on the screen. Until you back up your comments with something, I will treat them that way as well.
You see Mr. Snak, when you make a claim and you want people to take it seriously, instead of as a joke, which is what most people regard your posts as, you have to back them up with actual evidence. Evidence is stuff like, you know, this,
Quote:Effectively immediately, applications to become an official faction will be limited to one player faction per NPC faction and thus there will be only one official player faction per ID.
Official player factions must act in a manner that complies with the NPC faction.
Other player factions applying for official status may use a generic ID.
This applies to all new applications.
Existing player factions are not affected by this change.
How this works now, (Because It seems like you have no idea how to have an actual debate on something,) is that you respond to my comments with some kind of evidence of your own, not just you saying something is so, and expecting everyone to just accept that you know more than all the other players here, or the forum staff that is actually tasked with dealing with these rules on a day to day basis.
Lets see, can you put together some kind of evidence to support your side? I doubt it, even though there are in fact arguments to be made on both sides. I think it's more likely that you will just say something along the lines of...

Those comments, just so you know, are not the kind of evidence you are looking for, those are the kind of evidence I use to make you look like a fool.

They have small chance. Chance if/when/after LE losses/is revoked officiallity.
In no way did I put myself as knowing more than you. In fact I know you know more than me.
While your statment that this faction does not have a chance is faulty. Only did I said that. And you opened with quite aggressive response.
I don't need evidence to back up my claim. I couldn't case less if you hold that claim as believable or not.
I believe I am right and I really don't need your agreement to feel right.
Internet debates is impossible, because the tone of words cannot be heard and true meaning is impossible to tell.
I wish good luck to this faction, may Akura lead you to a fun gameplay.

Maybe I should have worded it this way..
Quote:Just to be clear, LE is the official faction. As long as that is the case, this faction does not a have a chance of becoming official unless the rules change, which they have not.
That said, the rest of your comments are pure crap. Internet debate is possible, especially when it is something fairly cut and dry. Just because you are typing your arguments as opposed to speaking them, does not remove the need for you arguments to contain actual content, and not just idle claims. I advise next time you jump up to counter someone's comments you do it with more than...

Facts are facts, and evidence can be put forward to support them, whether in real life or on the internet. The sooner you realize that, the quicker you will stop looking like a troll on the forums.
As to the thread, my comment on the matter is..
If you want to make a Brigand group because you want to play Brigands, have fun. If you want to make a Brigand group because you want to stop someone else from doing it, you fail.
There is a rule that only one official faction per NPC faction, nowhere does it say that another faction cannot take their place if the Admins think that they'd be better at it.
Edit: Anyway, could lock this, CoA and LE are having talks, we're gonna merge and create a Council of Elders it seems. New faction rewrite coming up perhaps. Who knows.
' Wrote:Instead of the logical reactionary move of creating a Brigand faction based around Igiss's lore, you chose to make one which vehemently opposes the LE in an OORP manner.
[HF] - [LN]?
EDIT: 1 official faction per ID notice also states that the official faction must act in manner of the NPC faction.
