Pursuant to our communications with representatives of the Bretonian Government, we are pleased to announce the creation of the Mercy Refugee Relocation Fund, a non profit humanitarian organization dedicated to the safe relocation and resettlement of war-stranded Bretonian citizens from the refugee camps on the planet Leeds to established resettlement centers across Sirius space.

How does this affect you? In two ways!

First, the Mercy Fund is willing to accept monetary donations to assist in relief efforts, as well as donations of food, clean water, pharmaceuticals, toys, clothing, and other supplies necessary to maintain, transport and relocate refugees in safety and comfort. All monetary donations should be directed to [collectors]Mercy.Fund, any donations of supplies and humanitarian assistance can be coordinated through this message feed.

Second, the Mercy Fund is willing to offer incentives to reputable independent shippers and private citizens for the safe transport of Refugees from the planet Leeds to destinations Sirius wide. Guidelines are as follows:

The Mercy Fund is concerned with the safe transport of refugees and displaced people, and any business conducted with the Mercy Fund must adhere to strict guidelines covering the health, welfare, and safety of these people as they make their way to their new homes and lives.

Unless refugees are being transferred in vessels designed and approved for passenger transport, such as liners, yachts, and certain smaller vessels, certain precautions must be taken in order to ensure that refugees are transported safely and comfortably.

For every 245 Refugees being transported, an shipper must also carry:

2 Unit of Pharmaceuticals
2 Units of Foodstuffs (Food Rations/Synth Paste)
3 Units of Water
3 Units of Oxygen

Bonuses will be paid upon providing evidence (//ss) of humane transport, and safe delivery, to any person who ships refugees from the Planet Leeds to the following destinations, and at the following rates:

Planet New London: 4,500 SC / 250 Refugees // 450,000 SC - for a 5,000 Cargo Capacity Transport

Planet Erie: 125,000 SC / 250 Refugees // 1,250,000 SC - for a 5,000 Cargo Capacity Transport

Planet Pittsburgh: 100,000 SC / 250 Refugees // 1,000,000 SC - for a 5,000 Cargo Capacity Transport

Freeport 2: 150,000 SC / 250 Refugees // 1,500,000 SC - for a 5,000 Cargo Capacity Transport

Planet Holstein: 150,000 SC / 250 Refugees // 1,500,000 - for a 5,000 Cargo Capacity Transport

At this time the Mercy Refugee Relocation Fund is operating on the 50 Million SC grant provided by the collectors. If this initiative is to continue, concerned private and corporate citizens are encouraged to donate to the cause. Might I remind you sir of your announcement that OSC intends to cut themselves off from the passenger trade in Liberty entirely? Surely you have more important matters to occupy you than continuing to slander me and my associates.

If you wish to participate in the refugee relocation program, as has allready authorised by Her Majesty's government, then we have something to talk about. Orbitals knowledge of your existence is slim thus why Lord Chanceton is acting on behalf of the OSC.

I'm glad your plans have been accepted via Her Majesty's Representatives on New London however, Orbital Spa & Cruise do wish that you keep Passengers in Liners to ensure there safety during transit.

We opt to keep refugees having commissioned a few ships for this matter alone safe and in a clean and safe environment..

We ask that you show us your plans and as Lord Chanceton said a Full Itinerary detailing the Relocation Centers for these Refugees to ensure there safety.

You have my word that Orbital Spa & Cruise will be assisting you in Convoy of such passengers to ensure there freedom is made.

Orbital also does not wish to cut ourselves from Liberty we are interested in such program and would like more news on this matter.

Sir, the intent of this program is to effect direct, swift, and safe travel for Bretonian refugees from Leeds to the aforementioned and agreed upon evacuation centers. As such there is no "itenerary." Simply point A and point B. Use your navcomp and plot a course through established house space and trade lanes, and provide proof of safe delivery of the refugees to their destinations, as well as proof of humane conditions during the passage as proscribed in our charter document. The safe relocation of refugees and the steady provision of humanitarian aid and relief is an activity sanctioned and approved by all of the Sirian house governments, save perhaps the Kusari, whom we have no intention of dealing with.

By making use of approved independent shippers, we provide desperately needed relief to the people of Leeds, as well as sorely needed economic stimulus to a depressed region through a system of monetary incentives, and by promoting increased merchant traffic through the area.

RE: Refugee movements.

I'd just like to note that the Bretonian government has a sovereign colony on Gran Canaria, by the name of Port Jackson. Bretonian refugees are to be transferred to there and New London as a priority destination. Other destinations have shown signs of overcrowding or... Well, less than entirely ethical approaches to work assignments.

We prefer for those fleeing from the war to remain under Bretonian law - that way we can best protect their rights and liberties in a manner they are accustomed to. Bowex ships currently move these poor citizens to Port Jackson, free of charge. Should you too wish to contribute to this endeavour, simply drop the fellows off in the Blue District of Port Canaria. From there, Colonial Authority shuttles will move the new residents to their permanent homes overland.

I would suggest that you do not restrict shuttling rights to Spa & Cruise alone. While I have the utmost respect for their prowess as tour operators, luxury is not the watch-word we are looking for here. It is speed, safety and efficiency. As much as it pains me to say it, these people do not need luxury - they need to be moved out of a war zone as fast as possible. If this means they spend an uncomfortable hour in a Percheron's cargo bay in exchange for a lifetime's prosperity elsewhere, so be it.

You may well be hearing from Bowex in the near future, regarding aid to this scheme for the relocation of refugees from Leeds only. We currently have a ban on ships moving refugees in ships that make use of cargo pods - internal bay craft only! This includes vessels such as the Clydesdale, Pelican and Percheron.

Surely these unfortunate souls don't want to escape one war zone, only to drop them directly into another? Besides which, we really don't have the facilities for so many new arrivals.
As much as I hate to admit it, the Bowex representative in this channel is quite correct - Gran Canaria is one of the prime destinations for refugees in this sector, and really ought to be included.
I believe the Omicroners also have a resettlement facility on Freeport 9.
