So, we got Pirate Transport as universal unlawful pirate ship. As the info says, Liberty Rogues shared the prints etc etc, so everyone aligned to them is in within normality to use it.
Now we got Raba which is AFA/Hogosha ship, why not making it shared for unlawfuls that are aligned with artifacts and such.
As example, why not opening Raba to Corsairs and Gaians as well ?
Maybe with a good enough reason why it suddenly went open use, but the corsairs gave it to them, and i think correct me if im wrong samura, redesighned it into what it is? hence its a kusari ship?

By info its a failed corsair gunboat, I have no honest idea what's the story of it ending up in hogosha/afa but not being open for sairs and such.
story is kinda a mirror of what really happened...
AoM made the ship - corsairs were utterly unhappy with it - spontanous reaction ... it was given to one of their friends who welcomed it (mostly cause it wasn t replace for them, but an addition)
corsairs got their revised gunboat - and were happily ever after.
kusari RP always had a stigma to consider every foreigner a bit unfriendly. - and the ship was meant to be revised by some ksuari cooperation - cause you never really know who is good and bad in kusari - turns out that the criminals are all after honor or weed and the lawfuls are vertically corrupted all through.
anyway - long story short. - making it not open to all was a decision that "also" comes from the fact that it was rejected by the corsairs - so it was not made open to corsairs generically - to show that corsairs "do not like it" - and they have no reason really... a pirate transport is easier to maintain - easier to get and hits just as hard. - while being able to load more cargo.
gaians have sometimes gotten the permission to buy a raba - but they usually stick to smaller ships, cause the gaian RP isn t to get cargo ( what should gaians do with a cargo hold full of gaian wildlife after all ) - its not like they fly to gaia and unload it ...
if you ask nicely though - in case you re a corsair - i don t see a reason to deny it.... - although i d question the sanity - seeing that it won t be easily maintained anywhere near crete.

It's not. And sairs flying rogue textured p transes looks stupid. So we have two options. Let sairs to use rabas or to create a new ship for sair usage.

Its not about that, I mind the fact as anatanas mentioned, its painted with LR markings, its ship used by LR,LH,OC etc..
Now inRP corsairs are proud nation using only ships they make and laughing at those who use non corsair ships, while the main transport is ptrans lulz.
Raba looks Corsairish, fits corsairish thing. I use freighter coz its ossim, and because its only think with decent cargo that fits corsairs currently.
Corsair have huge shipyards and make their own beastly ships, I think its not hard to mantain such ship for factions which has battleships.
Do the Corsairs hate the Raba in general or just for its use as a gunboat? If it's the latter, I see no reason for the ship to be closed to the Corsairs and their allies. Also, I personally think the argument about lack of maintenance for the ship is a really bad argument since the Corsairs are master shipbuilders. It's probably not that hard for them to maintain any type of ship they encounter. After all, they did capture a Rheinland cruiser in 450 A.S. and keep it running long enough to reverse-engineer it and create their own ships.
While we're on the subject of the Raba, can we get an increase in its cargo size so that it can counteract the Pirate Transport? I know the Pirate Transport is open to all unlawfuls, but come on. A Corsair flying a ship with the markings of the Rogues/Mollies? I'm sorry, but that should not be happening. Unfortunately, because the Raba has only half the cargo size of the Pirate Transport, I have never been compelled to use it. Instead, I use a Kusari transport that has 3200 cargo size since Samura and the Corsairs are pretty friendly with each other. However, I would much rather use the Raba if it had more cargo space.

It would ruin the balance, Raba is damn agile and powerful ship, hence the less cargo. While Ptrans looks like bigger beast, Raba can survive much more.
