"Apologies for scaring you so badly, but it was felt by my commander that declaring our intentions to the system would have been, unwise." Jeer said coming into view around a corner hidden behind a bank of stasis pods.
"Theres a private channel." Marauder replied tightly.
"True, but would you have believed us?"
"Point taken. So what happens now?" Marauder asked, sighing heavily.
"Well, firstly my commander would like to know why you were looking for us so hard."
"Umm, that was me."
"Oh man, I really know how to pick em don't I?" Marauder muttered to himself, "First you turn out to be a girl now your admitting to trying to find a bloody Phantom. Why me?"
"And you would be?" asked Jeer, pointedly ignoring Marauder.
"Izzy. I heard that your ship was the only one in the area where my sister vanished. She was on a transport..."
"A transport deep in outcasts space and no outcasts could vouch for its captain." Jeer cut her off. "However there is one survivor from that transport aboard. She's currently in the astrodome with an F-unit watching her."
"One survivor? But, there were dozens of people on board that ship, how...?" Izzy trailed off looking dejected.
"Was your sister younger then you?"
Izzy looked up from the floor, hope shining in her eyes, "Yes..."
"This way, are you coming?" Jeer asked Marauder.
"Might as well... unless you've got a bar on this thing?"
"Unfortunately not, though there might be a few crates of beer in here somewhere." Jeer said opening the hatch again.
