Greetings, Premier,
Ambassador Holliday forwarded me your initial transmission after he consulted me about the Gallic situation so please forgive the intrusion.
For the past several days, myself and my security chief, Blaine Chara, have upgraded the sensor arrays on what ships we have and have begun patrolling the Taus, scanning for the Gallic Royals that have been reported and any spy probes that they may have left. To date, we have yet to find any.
Freeport 6 has only three active security ships to include my own Fearless destroyer, hardly a match for an invading fleet. I know that your people in the past have used my facilities and they are welcome to continue to do so. If you can give me an idea of what ships and pilots will be based here, I can load up on extra goods to include munitions. Whoever comes, please bring extra stores of your Coalition Vodka, we like it here too!
Premier, we have not met in person but through Ambassador Holliday, he has told me much of you. Perhaps we can meet. Whoever you decide to send to command your people will have an office on station. While I am only a Zoner out of loyalty and for the desire to live out my remaining years in peace, I will not allow the Zoners or their friends to suffer. Myself and Chief Chara will see to that. What we will lack in numbers we will have more than made up for in heart.
To the leaders of ICMG and CR, my offer is the same.

[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]Unfortunately we are unable to comply with your request. As you may be aware, JiangXi was stratobombed by the Phantoms more than a year ago and our world is slowly recovering. We only have a handful of designated safe zones where our population are rebuilding their own lives.
[color=#FFFF00]Our support to the TAU defence line will be our military might and the training which Colonel Alvarez will provide on Falkland Station. What we will also provide is a heavy escort wing to your transports to safeguard them as they evacuate your population to a more suitable area.
Commander Martok, I briefly met you last night onboard the Xi'an. The Hammer will be available within the week and with it, the bulk of our fighter support. For now - I am sending our advance squadrons out to do some scouting. I welcome the office space you have provided. The SCRA designation for FP6 shall be Point Alpha. Java station, Point Beta and Dounby, Point Delta.
To be realistic, the coming war will be one where much blood will be shed. If I were not confident that we could hold the Gallic's back - I would not be here myself.

Gentlemen,
For those of you who may not know me, I am Reginald Waverly, CFO of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners, and CEO of Waverly LLC.
It appears that the evacuation of endangered personnel is well underway. President Diocletian, I compliment you on your foresight in moving your citizens so promptly. Hopefully a full evacuation can be achieved with little loss.
If I might suggest, it might be more efficient to direct all remaining non-combatants who wish relocation to Holman Station. A central "terminal" would allow passenger-carrying vessels from all our groups to relocate these folk quickly and with relative safety... for the time being. I will advise all capable TAZ vessels to check with Holman frequently.
Waverly LLC is mostly cargo-oriented; but we are fast, and we know the territory. If any critical shortages need to be addressed, do not hesitate to contact myself or Mrs. Moira Waverly.
...!Mr. Waverly, your offer is appreciated greatly by the people of the ICMG, but we are already beginning to evacuate our miners from Tau-23 and Tau-37 to Pecos, and the first transport is arriving as we speak.
To Commander Matok, your offer of space on the Freeport is immensely valuable. Expect the Board of Directors to be arriving soon.
Commandant Chun Ki Ling, we were unaware of the state of JianXi and we grieve to hear of the Coalition's loss. If there is anything that our people can do to support our comrades, do not hesitate to ask for it.
David Grigori, Director of Commerce

Gentlemen,
The IMG will gladly open up Holman for use as a staging area for evacuating civilians, regardless of origin. The facilities for this have been in place since the outbreak of the Bretonia/Kusari conflict, when the station was more or less forced into that role. However, be aware that the station is already dangerously overcrowded. Supplies of food, pharmaceuticals and basic consumer goods are a problem when the station is this far over capacity, as the base stores cannot hold more then a few days supplies. Doesn't help that main cargobay three is still undergoing reconstruction from Yamaguchi's crossfire during the last Bretonian attack on it. Station cargo capacity is a full one third short. External storage tanks are not an option. We tried and gave up after the twelfth time crossfire from either Bretonia or Kusari vaporised the content.

I am Lieutenant Commander Terrence Westridge, Executive officer of the Flagship Rubicon of the Colonial Fleet. Before anything, I'd like to apologize on behalf of the Fleet Admiral, he is currently overseeing the operation on Pecos, and left me in command.
I'll get down to the points, first the ICMG.
I understand your people are in need of evacuation, the ones that do not wish to fight that is, mainly the miners. It seems that the Coalition have denied your request, that I understand fully, they have their own problems to settle first, before dealing with others'. But however, as you know, Pecos' doors are fully open to the ICMG. The Colonial evacuation is complete, our civilians are already on Pecos, and some of the fleet is in orbit to defend our new called home.
However, there is barely enough infrastructure to hold the whole populace. My people are even crowded in our Atlas transports, calling them home until the new infrastructure is laid out, biodomes, underground facility, factories and whatnot. The only thing holding the populace at Pecos is the IMG supplies at the moment, we are very grateful for that. However, your people, as the ICMG, are miners of course, it would be appreciated if you could send their equipment with them, I wouldn't doubt they'd like to help construct their new homes.
We also still have a few vessels of our ISE wing, mainly a couple of Atlas' that were left behind to support the battlegroup in the Taus, I will have the idle ones to relocate and assist with your evacuation process, for now, a place to stay and helping your people get there is all the Republic can offer at this time.
To the SCRA Command,
Military processes are my forte, much easier, so I'll be fluid.
The Rubicon, which is normally assigned as the battle group to defend the Tau-44 system. I have relocated us to the Tau 23 system, there isn't much left to defend in 44, the Rubicon currently serves as the main base of operations for the Colonial Fleet at this time. Along with the Nemesis, Europa and Poseidon, we are mainly stationed near the Java station.
Before anything, know that all Colonial Forces will assist the SCRA forces in anyway, and I think we'll be treated the same way from your forces.
As for the technical side, along with the IMG and ICMG, Colonial Forces were of the first to make contact and 'deals' with the Royal Navy. Republic forces have been fighting them the longest, our pilots have some experience against them, however, what we also do have, is an alliance with The Council, I'm sure you have some intel on this group. Alliance with the Council grants us information and even some layouts and blueprints of their ships, easier to spot weak points, however these layouts aren't complete, so we do not have 100% efficiency in directing our squadrons on tactics. No one does.
But I'd also like to say that we have our own scans, mainly of the Valor class heavy battleships. Whats interesting is that the captain of the Valor actually surrendered his vessel to us. We immediately had AI controlled probes dock and connect with the ship, processing integral scanning and such. The Valor was under the eyes of 2 of our carriers, so I understand the captain's actions. However, it suddenly fired upon IMG vessels that were passing by and we had to terminate it with the assistance of a Brigand battleship. Due to the unfortunate turn of events, our scanning on the vessel was only at 82% percent.
But that is more than enough, we've scanned the integral parts of the ship, where the armor is thickest/weakest, support beams and a scan of most of the superstructure. We've identified weak points and tactics, including weaponry type on the Valor class. I will be sending all of this data to you, Commandant Ling. I do not doubt it will help both our sides to counter the Gallic threat. Other than that, If you have not already, I'd like to request your forces cease all hostilities to the Council, they are a most valuable ally.
Another point, while some of the fleet is defending Pecos orbit, a fair amount of our Ground Forces have been relocated to Pecos to defend and construct the military infrastructure, however most of the forces are still in the Taus, respectively on our carriers. Although, we have dispatched Marines and Special Force teams to Java and Falkland for defense, just in case of any boarding party. Commandant Ling, be sure they will assist you and your training facility on Falkland.

Lt. Cmmdr. Terrence Westridge

Gentlemen,
I may not be the most keen military mind among us, but most of the intel I have seen posted has been on the massive carrier/battleship hybrid you've called the "Valor". Given the asteroid-rich nature of most of the Tau systems, such supercapital vessels will be ineffective in direct engagements, no matter their armor. Do you have information on the Gallic smaller vessels? Maneuverable lighter capital and subcapital class ships, bombers and fightercraft will most likely be the main adversaries. Do we have any intel on the capabilities and weaknesses of those?

You make a fair point, however the issue is that, for some reason the Royal Navy has barely dispatched any snub craft at all, it is a mystery as to why, perhaps they think they can scare us out with their larger capital vessels, of course, that isn't working at all. My men are laughing at them, I must say even some of my most green lieutenants have better strategies than what the Navy is currently using.
But however, to the point, we do not why they are using such a strategy, but alas, the Valors are the most we see, therefore the most we know about, however, that does not mean we don't have anything on their snub craft. As I've stated before, the Republic is in very friendly terms with the Council, and we already have layouts and some blueprints along with tips from Council fighters of where to hit. I've already sent this data to Commandant Ling. I'll be sending them to you as well Guildmaster, and to everyone on this secure channel.
But yes, I do not know about the others, however the Republic hasn't had a proper engagement with said Gallic Snubcraft, this is all we can offer at the moment being.
Also, before it slips my mind, Commandant Ling.
You were speaking of intelligence gathering objectives, does this include going into Gallic owned systems ? If so, I've already been having a team to do the same, and even some hit & run missions. My people can synchronize with yours when making these runs into Gallia, I will be awaiting your answer.

[color=#FFFFFF]Commanders.
[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]I apologise that we can be of no assistance to the relocation of your civilians. I mean that, it saddens me that we simply have nowhere to put your respective peoples. This shall be used as fuel and motivation for our pilots and crews. We will fight to our last breath to protect our home and protect the will of the people. No person should be oppressed under the heel of a bastard King.
[color=#FFFF00]To the Commanders of the CR. I welcome your forces to join with us in our patrols and in our recon missions. My plan is keep the missions small, fast and out of sight. 3 man teams with a gunboat scanning platform make this the best approach. An idea would be to split into two teams, one of your forces and one of ours - And deep scan Gallic territory.
Please note we have no ill feelings towards the Council. We simply have no diplomatic ties with them currently.
We have information regarding the technical aspects of the Gallic Heavy Fighter. Information I am happy to share on this channel. Major Lebedewa was quite thorough.

Gentlemen,
If the capabilities of and tactics used by the Gallic navy made lighter ships is not available, perhaps the Council can be of more assistance then with intelligence alone. They have experience in fighting this enemy. Also, their craft, from what I've been told, are very similar. Perhaps a joint exercise, during a lull in the fighting, could gain your forces some hands-on experience in combatting this adversary's lighter craft, or those very similar. With this I do not mean to question the competence of our own forces - but when you've been shooting Sabres for the better part of the last two decades, I wager a new target takes some getting used to.
