Let's talk about date (again)

I've been playing for almost 2 years now, and I do fancy putting accurate dates for my rp posts. However accuracy seems to be a bit iffy at the moment. When I started playing it was supposed to be 818 A.S. By my calculations it should be 820 now. However several posts and people indicated that in fact by 86 lore it should be 818 or 819. So what do you think, and if there is what's the canonical date

Surely less than 820 because Planet Pittsburgh says the Population on there will reach 85 million by 820.
