What I got from asking and being asked and those people asking other important people again:
No war. GMG can move through Kusari freely, but has to respect the laws of course.

Obviously they didn't. At least I didn't see any. But I might have missed it.
Well, I asked an official and another official (other faction) asked me and as I wasn't sure and he wondered,
he asked a mod, who said it goes by lore now. *shrugs*

Although I did vote positive on it, I've learned on this release that such matters don't really matter.

There's no "war" between kusari and GMG anymore. At least, there should not be.

There shouldn't. If Kishiro wishes to press the issue of us signing somthing handing over (what was already handed over by the devs anyways) concessions. Then it'll escalate.
