It shouldn't really be able to fight BS's at long range, it should do its job, which is carrying, which is why it should (or does it?) have a larger cargo bay so it can have more docking modules.

Geb it's more like a support ship against capital ships spamming mortars on it. Don't forget you got 3.6 mil energy and a rate of regeneration up to 170.000

But afterall this ship it's based more as a mobile RP platform same like with the Liberty Carrier.

But it is still strange, why it doesn't have any backfiring heavy slot.
It is a RP ship, but still FL is a shooter and sometimes you get in a combat situation and what now then?
Dieing because you can't fire any Mortars back? I guess, no one would construct such a useless vessel.
A little note:
Yes it sucks already, but it would be no work to switch at least two slots.
