Didn't manage a quickdock, but by coming from the O49-jumphole-side and kinda ramming my ships nose against the asteroid when pushing F3 i managed to instantly initiate the docking sequence.
To find the quickdock point: Slowdock using a gunboat or something bigger. Moors aren't used at the moment, so transports, gunboats and other heavies always dock to the quickdock. Goes for any base.

From 3 of 5 cruiser docks I just cannot dock. But I will go to test with the GB.
Edit : got it and get the idea why the cruiser bugged thank you, you need to approach from specific angle in order to dock with cap ships because the normal docking bays are kinda inverted you dock with your ship back first. The quick dock is on the sharp rock near the antennas:
However if you use heavy vessel approach from behind not from the side where are the docking bays or you can dock 10 min or not dock at all.
