To whom it may concern,
It is with great pleasure that I contact the RFP with the hopes of purchasing several licenses for a number of restricted goods produced by the Federal State of Rheinland. I would like to think that the nations of Rheinland and Bretonia have progressed in leaps and bounds from the confusion and uncertainty of the recent past, and have instead strove together for a brighter future.
Daumaan Heavy Industries has also elected to support us in our bid for these licenses, as we have time and time again proven to be a stalwart trade partner to their own organisation and their House as a whole. We would be extremely interested in being granted permission to ship both Light Arms and Military Vehicles within Rheinland's borders - after all, Rheinland's military cargoes and equipment are widely considered to be second to none.
The Bowex corporation is of course willing to pay the requisite fees to ensure that corporate taxes are paid and the licensing process runs smoothly.

Sehr geehrte Frau Whitte,
the Rheinland Bundespolizei is aware about the diplomatic talks between Rheinland and Bretonia. Unfortunately the Bundespolizei is not enforced to give the permissions of military goods inside Rheinland out, we only enforce and restrict them in cases of violations of other Rheinland laws.
Therefore this channel will be read- and writeable for the Rheinwehr Oberkommando.
As a sidenote: if you're going to take the goods from munich, please note we've still a problem with the docking rings at Nuremberg. But this will be solved in some days.

The Director of Operations would like to request clarification as to how this process is proceeding. Bowex is eager to see this business successfully concluded, so we can begin to supply the Leeds war front and support the mercantile infrastructure and traditions of your own great House.

Guten abend,
Our apologies for the lateness of this response. While the treaty was signed quite a while ago, the trappings of bureaucracy seem to halt even the tides.
