Everything else is doable- however this is damn hard. 34560 H fuel or 17288 Mox per day is really hard to deliver every day. May be the base would need to have 90k storage instead of 30k, or many storage modules must be implemented, it is hardly doable in long term. 10 hours is also something that I does not like- I prefer to be 2 of each resource per 24 hours- mainly due to the time zone problems.
Other consideration is that the produced ship modules wont be branded- so you cannot get who get the module- I forecast a lot of people not involved in any base building/maintaining/base grinding get them due to skype friendships.

I think it only starts to use the fuel when your base is under attack. Still, a combined attack from enough players trolling other people could well lead to a number of bases going poof when the person is a sleep.
Biggest question ever.....how will this effect trading? A player could set a commodity at a fairly high price, go 5k over and make a ton of profit. Of course, this is speculation......soooooo....I asked!
imagine if someone or a faction build a base but after some time they can't maintaining it or the faction ends, can they sell the base to others?
Edit: Also ... what happens if a base is attacked and damaged or destroyed? The owners must build another or repair that one? Has also ... imagine i'm the owner and i go to sleep and one enemy goes there and damage my base, when i reurn i see my base damage ... can i know who damage my base?
Linkero of what i understand ... no matter the price of the commodity, that cash comes from the base bank and someone has to put cash on that bank. So the owner can set a good price but it is him who pays. That is a good option because since it will be too hard to maintain a base, base owners can hire suppliers and they are paid this way.

All the cash for the base comes out of player's pockets.

You can add storage modules with 40K each.
Even a Level 1 Base could have one Shield Gen, and two Storage Modules for a total capacity of 110,000 units.
That is three days worth of H-Fuel you could store on it. All this BEFORE you upgrade the base and add extra modules.
