Account banned for no apparent reason

Dear Admins!

I would like to speak for my friend as he got no forum account. I just manufactured a Jump Drive MkIII at my base. I asked my friend to deliver it for me with his TRANSPORT (Akegata) while I get to some fuel for the jump. He MOUNTED the item, delivered and docked at Freeport 1. He got kicked with a message: "You will be kicked. Reason: Bad installation." After re-logging he found the jump drive already unmounted and kicked again. He was kicked each time he tried to take off to drop me the device. He also got all his accounts and IP banned. We don't see how he violated the rules.

Our guess is that MOUNTING the jump drive on a TRANSPORT with obviously not enough power to use it caused the whole case.

I hereby request you to unban his accounts and IP as well as to look into this bug.

As for the ''Bad installation''- the first thing to try is completely re-installing the game and the discovery mod.

He can play. He reinstalled the game. Must have been the files going corrupt, but now its all OK.
