BRF|HMS-Romulus / BRF|HMS-Remus has been sanctioned for:

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

Consequences: Fined the guns and money from both ships. Please read the green section of this post before you attempt to do the "it was my brother" thing.

well, the green part of your message is fine, however not really relevant if its not blame and rather what actually happened which you can prove neither way and nor can I tbh.

I don't really use either ship because i suck w/ caps since they changed, but what the hell i'll go ahead and explain what happened anyway.

me in my hussar as usual, was asked if I could "log a cap" to take down some random cruiser whom had just ran away with his fighter, so i says "yeh" goes off my hussar and logs. I know for a fact my youngest brothers ship Remus was in dundee so i couldnt be bothered to log it, and Romulus had guns missing since it hadnt been touched since 85, but well it was needed there and then so just logged it and flew to combat.

younger brother was sat next to me reduced to playing pokemon silver because he had been banned from his PC and also had PS3 confiscated too, watches me get my ass whooped in Romulus, I kinda raged and left coz got owned, told my brother to log his ship and fight him coz I wanted him dead.

so my brothers all like *sigh* "i guess if you arent good enough" *trollface* and sits in my desk chair and logs in with remus, I go downstairs making a cup of sexy twinings chai tea, and I comes back upstairs, dude was dead (he only had a tiny bit of hull anyway) "is he dead?" "yep" "excelent" I gets back in my chair, log kiriko back again, continue with my day.

and thats what happened, sorry i dont have CCTV in my house so i have photographic evidance :> same computer 2 people playing, doesnt matter if you dont believe me or w/e thats what happened.

As leader of BRF| independent faction I would like to add that Dii have two brothers which are very good with capital ships. Together online they 3 are very helpful and deadly.

Each one of them is using different ship: BRF|HMS-Romulus and BRF|HMS-Remus, like the two roman brothers. Both ships are separated and were helping us multiple times in the past years. They both could be online at the same time cuz they have 2 computers. Due to their RL problems to use one computer I know the rule of "Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE " can count but still I would like to add that Dii is not a liar in this one. I've seen many times how they are helping each other without breaking the rules.

I know Dii and his brothers for a long time. Ofcourse I dont want to question your admin judgment but I think he have a point considering his situation.
