[color=#FFCC00]Howdy Mr. Stone!
Your final offer on prices has forced me to secure base supplies with a different arrangement. I thought I made it clear from the beginning, that we were talking about large quantities. We discussed the possibility of excluding certain materials since we couldn't agree on prices, and in your last offer they were, indeed excluded. Excluding these materials also means a lower profit for you, but for some reason, you thought you could compensate that by raising prices on other commodities. That's not how I do business! Your offer is hereby revoked. Any information you have about the base, is classified, and is to be kept secret. The future will tell if we do business further on.

Subject: Contract negotiation
Greetings Mr. Rayburn! I must say I´m really surprised by your decision. We arranged prices of eight from thirteen commodities. We decided to withdraw from transporting two of them for capacity reasons, and nearly halved one of them because you asked to lower it. So there are only two commodities left where negotiation is still not closed. I don´t understand why throw away whole contract at this point just because you don´t like this two prices, as I assume.
Yes, change of price of cryocubes was significant. But this is not at our hand, precisely at least was not on Sunday when I sent you that proposal. In that time, only Gallia or Kusari companies were allowed to export cryocubes. Maybe you know that on Monday this decision was changed in announcement of Gallic Royal Police. And this can change the situation. I stressed to our contractor during negotiation at weekend that new price is too much high, but he insisted on it. But if the result would be lost of whole contract, price must be changed and our contractor must understand it. Especially when we can try to apply for license to export cryocubes by our ships. Related to price of high-temperature alloy, I explained you the reason. And Interspace crisis in Rheinland is escalating, maybe you saw transmission about eviction demand for Bonn Station. There was no effort from Stone Bros Ltd/GmbH to take out more money from you only because we want higher profit.
Just on a side note - problem of your order for us is primarily daily amount that you need. We can´t give you guarantee that we are able to delivery 165 thousand and more cargo units every day, even if we use our Barge. We have our limits, ships and crews can´t be in space twenty four hours per seven days a week. There is need of rest of people and maintenance or repairs for ships. And major part of this amount was basic alloy. That´s why we withdraw from delivering this commodity. We want to be straight and fair and don´t want to promise you something that we are not one hundred percent sure we can make.
To sum it up, our proposal for transport of nearly one million cargo units is still on the table and I want to ask you for reconsider your decision. If you already have a contractor that is able to delivery whole 3,2 million cargo units in two weeks, we can´t do anything with it and honestly I´m congratulating you. If we can offer you with guarantee mentioned third of total amount (and maybe more later) as we proposed, we are still interested. I assume that your decision is related to prices of cryocubes and high-temperature alloy. If there is a main reason of your decision, send me private message with maximum prices that you are willing to pay for cargo unit. We will see what we can do with it.
We will be awaiting your reply.
