I am happy to see that many people wish to join TBH.
Sadly I have to deny a lot of requests.
TBH has a long history on this server ,
and a long history of being somewhat picky when it comes to accepting new recruits.
When you get denied , It's not because we don't like you,
but to conserve a consistency in our story.
So here are some tips that will help you with your request to join.
Read about Corsair lore on the wiki.
Read the TBH message dump and posts by TBH in the comms channel.
Understand that TBH is a group of Corsair warriors , that only accepts true Corsairs,
that means they will only accept people that :
Are born and raised in the Corsair empire.
Are part of a Corsair family (meaning Corsair father mother grandparents and even corsair pets.)
Have never served anything else then Corsairs
(''I was a merc but now I went back to my roots to serve TBH''gets you denied.)
Don't have ties with enemies of the empire.
To clarify: this only counts for your INRP character, We don't care if you are a member of any other faction.
Also , Combat skills are not important but we will train members if they wish so,
it's not about PvP , but quality of roleplay that counts.
My parents got killed by Outcasts/Hessians/Bretonians/Angryclownswithbananas and now I want revenge
I am the best pilot of Crete you have to accept me.
Anything mentioning Liberty (Werss will burst a vain in his forehead)
Give your character a face, and make sure that he sort of fits in with the rest.
Think about giving your character a pre-TBH history.
Try to make us enthusiastic about your character. (not difficult , we are easy to impress)
A great way to do that is teaming up with us as a indy character, and making some flight hours with us.
Feel free to Pm/Skype me or any other TBH member for advice, we don't bite (OORP at least.)
Denied?
Not the end of the world , Feel free to try again as many times as you want.
Do realise that you probably will need to think of a new character(since you probably got denied on base of your characters story).
Any questions can be asked here too,
and I will expand this post when something else pops up.
