asking more then the cargo worth is kinda silly in my opinion.

I believe there was a pirate who was sanctioned for making several ridiculous demands when the Caps not pirating transports rule was removed. This is normally seen to be breaking rule 0.0, so if you feel wronged then report them.

It has little to do with 0.0 as the rule says that credits can be re-earned and more to with deliberate bypassing of the 6.6.
