Gentlemen, it's time to review our assets. With new acquirements we should to rework their initial role to fit our needs. While most of their installations are fine as it is, today's my concern would be Fort Scorpius.
It had played a great role in reconstruction of the Freeport 11, but with works on the Freeport done it have lost its original purpose. For now Freeport could defend itself likewise we have several of the capital ships nearby on the patrols, so we can defend Freeport in case of the threat, furthermore we have to corefleet nearby of the Kadesh in one day. As you may noted, due to different mass of the installations and their speed, For Scorpius recede from Freeport's circular orbit.
Stabilizing the orbit of the Fort Scorpius to stay on former orbit not far from the Freeport would require a high amount of the resources, so we have several options. First one and most fast is to flood the station before it collapses into some other non stable object in Omicron Delta, if maintenance of said station would be unreasonable in both perspectives of your departments. Second option is to find a better and more suitable location for the installation, which would serve our interests and maintenance would be covered up by commercial operations.
