A quest that teaches noobs the ways od disco would be nice. Like a guy in the bar tells you about some treasure that can be found. He tells you the next clue is somewhere else. At the other place another guy tells you how you can adjust your rep with bribes and missions to get to eh next place, and also how to fix your iff with droprep and so on. The next guy tells you how to keep your ID while buying a new ship, and hwo the powernerf works. The next guy tells you where to buy a ship that is really cheap but has great cargo hold. The ship will be great for a noob, but not so great compared the ships the vets got with their highcash. All it takes are a few more bar rumors and 1 selling location for a cheap but relatively good ship. That'll be the noob treasure

I see a point in your words. I think there could be one problem - not all noobs are looking into bars for rumors..
Good idea- it would be even better if HHC kind of cargo missions or assassination missions get implemented.

The problem is that the single player FL doesnt teach you how to play multiplayer, let alone disco. It teaches you to shoot up red stuff and gather the best gear from any faction you can find, and to not care what your iff or faction status is. That's why there should be something that teaches you that stuff without having to bug other players, or something that players can refer you to without having to explain stuff for 1 hour. And before you say "refer to the forums". No, the forums dont teach you how to set your IFF right. And if they did, it would still be hard to find because they are so huge and are definately not noob-friendly.
