Dear sir or whoever is in charge these days: It's been so long since I've been home.
I am sending this message in order to request orders about what to do with miners in tau 23, and so called "neutrals" in Gallic occupied space in general. Allow me to provide a situation I encountered today to act as an example for what I am talking about, and illustrate the confusion up here:
As you can see, it is a mess, I am reluctant to assault IMG, as I know they are generally tolerated working both sides, but at the same time I cannot abide letting those aiding our enemy go unpunished, and I am sure IMG pay taxes, or provide services to the Gallians, in exchange for the ability to continue mining the 23 fields. The fact that there are apparently OC destroyers of all people! Who are aiding IMG in this endevour, simply goes to show how chaotic it is up here.
This is why I am contacting you to learn if there is an official policy I should follow/If you have any advice. Obviously it goes without saying that any ship in Gallic house space, and any ship headed for a Gallic controlled base is to be intercepted. But it is the ships headed from, and working in, Gallic OCCUPIED space that are the puzzlers.
Thankyou.

Nathan Hone,
I know not where your titles come from, and I've heard your name floated around a debacle or two. But, I'm willing to give you the benefit of all that being hearsay. I'll judge you fairly, in the here and now.
I am acting director for Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing, so I will inform you of where we stand currently.
All hostilities between us and the IMG have ceased. Note that this means with the core organization of the guild and some of the more independent captains, as ever, will make their own decisions. No, the IMG is not actively fighting the Gallic Royalists, but that does mean we need make enemies with them either. Use the IMG to gather information, some captains may even pass information willingly, then target your strikes at the Gallics and the traders who supply them in large quantities, such as Kishiro and Samura.
I don't trust the IMG, but there may be a useful relationship there. Spoil it without reason, and you'll find your name crossed off the list of those under the marque.
As for these GK destroyers, I will keep that intelligence in mind. The Outcasts have long been friends, there is no reason they should be attacking privateers, and even less in the name of the IMG. I would assume they are rogue elements, if you see fit you should pass word along to Malta of these actions. If it happens again, make sure you send a report my way as well. You may not be a formal part of the Wing, but you're still a Bretonian Privateer and I'll heed your reports.
I trust this note is sufficiently clear. I will remember to make a general broadcast to all privateers should our relations with the IMG change as this war progresses.
Long live the queen,
Gareth Silves

Acknowledged sir, I will leave the IMG core guild alone, unless thay are actively supplying Gallia. But what about other neutrals such as zoners and freelancers, operating in Gallic occupied space?
I think I will take your advice and foward the report to Malta,
Thankyou.

Let me know how it goes with Malta. I am interested to know as much as possible about these GK blighters.
My policy is to treat any other neutrals as you find them, be they Zoner, freelancer or a blue-bellied, red-winged pig with spots. If they are helping the Gallic Royalists or Corsairs, burn them. Stalk them through every lane, nebula and field. Terrify them and harry them. Strike intelligently and show no mercy.
If they are helping Bretonia, aide them if possible. Join forces, share resources. Anyone who fights Gallia is a potential friend, and someone we need fighting at full capacity.
If they are truly neutral, then leave them be or better yet, earn their friendship. If they are willing to help, Bretonia is so much the better off.
Also, if you note untagged vessels of any denomination assisting Gallia, forward their callsigns and other info to me. I will add them to this target list so we can track them.

Hello again, as per your request I am sending you information about Gallic sympathisers. The offenders are the UMAD group of miners and traders, who mine in tau 23 with Gallic equipment, and confessed to being Gallic sympathisers, forcing me to destroytwo of them. However further, the trend of outcasts helping miners contiues, with Hector coming in an OC GB to assist them. Finally one of the UMAD launched a duplicate ship, returned, and used an outdated cloaking device. So watch out for him.
Now that that is dealt with, due to the problems with neutrals in the taus, I am moving deeper into Gallic space, and request the QCP's assistance in finding good interception spots that you may have discovered. Thankyou.

Best regards for the information. I'll be adding the UMAD group to our target list.
Gallia is a tough place to operate, espeically on your own. If you see one of us on long-range, don't hesitate to give us a call to organize some on-the-spot cooperation. If you are on your own, Orkney makes a good thoroughfare to catch Gallics, so long as you have the engines to get to them in open space. So far this seems to be the best strategy, is catching them outside of their well-defended and often branching trade-lane networks. I don't have any reasonably busy choke points in those trade-lanes to offer.
Finally, apologies for the delay in my response. Some shufflings are going on, and they have been keeping me glued to what passes for a desk.
Long live the Queen,
Gareth Silves

...Its been a hell of a day at the office.
Also I busted up EFL some;
And my going into Gallia, thwarting an EFL ambush, and destroying ANOTHER of their transports, caused one of them to get INCOHERENT with rage;
And commit suicide!
Well, suicide by attacking me anyway.
Lastly I noticed something in your first transmission:

Greetings Nathan, I'm afraid the Major is M.I.A, so I am assuming command of the wing for now.
I have few questions for you:
- Where was that base? Why did the Frogs decide to decommision it?
- Was the base's name "Gallic Metal Service"?
It is good to see you made it alive from an EFL encounter. I personally prefer to lie low when dealing with them. They usually call for heavy reinforcements at any hint of danger. That being said, they are pups with close to no experience. I reccomend you to rub their defeats into their faces by messaging thier escape pods that they lost because you were superior and let them suck vaccum every time.
Now to glean into other matters, it is inevitable that Rhineland will begin trade with Gallia. Aside from educating Rheinlanders that are caught red handed attempting to aid the enemy. Now we have had suspicion of Rheinlanders attempting to fuel Brimstone refinery when it was controlled by EFL in the past albeit with no hard evidence.
If you wish for new specific orders, they are to guncam those who are seen blatantly supporting gallia.
Stay Alive,
- Captain Roger Fischer of the Queen's Privateers

Captain; As you can see from my other message I sent you, I have already proven that rheinland (In this case ALG) did indeed support EFL in supplying Brimstone.
