Due to recent events with Zoners and some smaller groups I happen to see a lot of misunderstandings over base ownership and even fights for those bases, so I believe it's neccesary to create at least voluntary registry of bases within our core space, at the best - involuntary registry of all bases (with approval being neccesary to construct a base) within Omicrons and probably Omegas. Of course in case of creation of involuntary registry it's neccesary to introduce everyone to the new law and explain it's for their good.

Greetings! In spite of my respect for Elders and the Brotherhood I won't offer you any explanation on this turn of sides. I'm still loyal to the Crete and I'm still within Corsair group, therefore I think I'm legit enough for state business.

Honourable Karolis, unfortunately I'm not up to date on any such events, otherwise I'd probably even step out of subordinance to stop them. What I know, there're no official orders from our leadership on them [Zoners].
During my patrols with fellow ECG officers, I haven't noticed any negative behaviour towards Zoners in general, so I may suggest it's rather mere rumour. But since I'm just another fresh grunt in my unit, I can't say for sure.
