Guten Abend meine Damen und Herren,
This is Brigadegeneral Dresner of the Red Hessian Army, as you may already know. Recently, our long range scanners at the SOA headquarters on Freital base have picked some strange readings originating from the deep Omegas, and after series of analysis we've come to believe these readings might have alien source, and if so, would pose a real threat to both our groups and any other party in the region.

Now, I do understand that our two groups have had their differences in the past, but considering the instances of our close cooperations in the similar situations, we in the Red Hessian Army Oberkommando believe situations such as this - In case of proving to be any real threats - would be resolved much faster and easier if both our groups put their joint effort into it, which is why you're being contacted.

There are two attachments to this message, first being the scan analysis of the aforementioned readings we had picked up a few days ago, and the second one being a read-only access code to our high priority operation files regarding this matter. We would like to ask you to keep the access codes within the high command, but would not mind if you also forward them to a few individuals you may see fit, and after studying the attached documents, contact us on this channel so we can arrange a meeting aboard Fretial or a closeby neutral point.

Any possible misunderstanding between our two organisations left no prejudices towards Red Hessian Army movement from our side. We will of course assist you in your fight against Nomads regardless of your political affilation. Information you provided has been received now by all of our High Command and it sparked a lot of interest. As for location of meeting, any Bundschuch or Hessian bases will do as we can enter your region by covert means through Sigma and Omega systems alike.

Good to see you and the rest of your high command are interested in this matter. Our initial plan would be sending in a scout team to investigate the situation, and in case the Order is interested, we can turn it into a joint operation. For now, however, we would be willing to have a face-to-face meeting in the SOA headquarters aboard Freital to re-discuss the details of this operation, so we will be awaiting your arrival.
