Good day to you, gentlemen. You may or may not be aware of recent developments in the Omega 3 system, surrounding Planet Sprague. Unfortunately, we're not contacting you today about the potential of terraforming, although that may be a long-term consideration. Certainly at a point after Bretonia has won the war against the Gaul aggressors.
Port Talbot was constructed in orbit in order to oversee the colonial process and hold cargo that is due to be shipped to the surface. As our old filters have proven inefficient, we're looking to import 25,000 units of Xenobiotic Filters. As we understand it, your own fleet is in an ideal position to ship these goods while our own is preoccupied with other matters.
We are willing to provide docking permits to Talbot, and exceed local market prices for your goods. An initial offer would be $2,000 per unit, making the total contract value that of $50,000,000. I trust that will be sufficient? In the event of a positive confirmation, please have your captains append delivery manifests to this transmission.

This is a reminder for the Planetform Contracts Office. The SAGI is still willing to do business, but pushing back contract negotiations will result in alternate arrangements being pursued. The most probably contingency would likely to be retaining the contract and shipping the goods in-house through Bowex. This would be unfortunate, as we had hoped to use the assets for an alternate purpose. Please contact me with best speed so we can establish whether or not your cooperation will be possible.

We'd be happy to supply Port Talbot with Xenobiotic Filters at that price. Given the current state of the Bretonian economy, it's a miracle we've been contacted at all.

Generally speaking, companies in your own's position do best fulfilling contracts instead of commenting on their clients. Docking permits have been filed aboard Talbot's central databases, and the defence grid disarmed for your vessels. You may begin to import the Filters immediately - we hope for prompt results, naturally. Please have your captains append reports of their deliveries to this transmission channel.

Having encountered heavy pirate activity in both Omega systems on our previous runs, and considering the significantly higher prices of Xenobiotic Filters in the surrounding systems I would find it more then fitting if the value of our remaining contract (12k units) be increased by 35% - raising the initial value of one Xfilter from 2000 to 2700 credits.
