Brigadegeneral Dresner speaking,
Skipping the useless and waste-of-time chatter, you can find excerpts of a report one of our pilots submitted to our secured comms earlier today. Now, having not heard from your group in a long time, I can safely assume your organization doesn't fly the same way as it used to back when you worked for the Volksrevolution, and some small details might have been forgotten after this time, which is why I expect you to do remind yourself who gave you the opportunity to earn your place within the Volksrevolution, and gain access to Red Hessian assets and gears, and furthermore, you have to do remind yourself of the consequences of misusing or abusing that trust.
Do read the transmission attached to this message, as I expect explanations, and convincing ones at that.
If you ask those of your group who know me, you'd realize I'm not known for my patience. So you'd better not keep me waiting.

During a skimish between Hessian and Rheinwehr forces, an unsettling relationship between the Reaver Mercenaries and Rheinland forces was revealed. The dialogue data packet attached shows an officer of the Rheinwehr giving "Void,Reaver" a "preliminary job" to neutralize a hostile, "Kill.That.Tag", who at the time was fighting the militar along side us.
Now, as I understand it, the Reavers currently have access to Hessian technology. However, this incident is a clear disregard for the relations we have had between the Hessians and their company. I think we'd better start asking questions.

Herr Friedrich Dresner,
It's been a busy time lately and I've been working on digging up old relationships and so on. I do not know how long the Reavers go back with you. Many have left and only a few old ones remained in place. I'm one of the newer breed and currently leading the Reavers. I took over when Silver went quiet, however she's around somewhere, drunk I guess. If you know her I don't have to elaborate on that.
To come to the matter at hand. As your proof shows Void was in the area of a fight between the Hessains and the Military. I did receive a message from Void while I was busy on the border with Liberty. He asked me he was being offered money on the spot to kill a random pirate, since we do not have any contract in the area of New Berlin at this current time. At least not one that involves shooting random pirates I gave him the green light to be hired on spot.
What information I did not receive was that the payment would be forwarded by the Military and that said pirate was assisting the Hessians in their fight against the Military. I arrived at the scene a while later, seeing a group of Hessians fighting a group of Military vessels, however this fight was quite far away from the duellists. Void and Kill.That.Tag.
Since Void was unable to take down the pirate on his own we swapped roles and I took over, killing said pirate. I thought, job done time to head home. But it seems the story has gotten more complicated now that I'm aware that the Military offered these credits. Something I can imagine is not liked by the Hessians and the way they have been grateful to our Company.
I have to admit that several things went wrong here. Void being a fairly new member to the company was unaware he couldn't work for Military, he thought it was harmless as he wouldn't be shooting Hessians, but a scummy pirate instead. With him him neglecting to inform me who paid, leaves me to blame for not asking. However I think your pilots could've raised the question to my pilot on what he was doing and that this was not supposed to be happening.
It is not my doing that a Military general goes to me offering money, because his men are being murdered by you. Maybe the terror you caused there made the Military commit such act to call in this unusual form of help.
In short, I'll kick Void's butt not to do this ever again, that also means any other Reaver that flies around will be reminded to double check their targets and those that pay. I myself will chase down Silver and smack her against the wall to tell me all about the Hessian and Reaver relationship to evade issues in the future.
I'll make sure something like this will not happen again. I hope you can understand the situation here.

Nancy Sweetwater,
Whenever you do get in touch with Silver, she'll most definitely tell you about Red Hessian Army's generous payments during the board we hosted mainly for your group, and she'll also mention the conditions under which the limited number of Hessian gear you have access to were granted by the revolutionary council, which in simplest wording possible, can be summed up to "Not attacking us or our allies, and not working for our enemies".
With the rather long history between our two groups in mind, the Oberkommando have decided to spare your group of this one-time mistake you made, but we'll also be keeping a close eye on you from now on, so be careful with the steps you choose to take. Change of leadership or not, some moves cannot simply be ignored, and the opportunity to work for the Volksrevolution is not one which would come easy, so if you want to stay on the good side of our movement, you'd better be much more careful in future.
I do hope, for your own sake, we don't hear such reports of Reavers ever again.

Herr Friedrich Dresner,
There is no doubt that we, the company go back a long way with the Hessians, and I'm not willing or planning to put this relationship at risk of deteriorating. That's why I'll assure you that we will make sure this won't happen again. As I said I will inform my pilots to double-check everything they do when flying around.
Hope I didn't cause too much of a worry on your side. A good night rest wasn't spoiled I hope?
