As far as I can see, people thinking they are ENTITLED to something, weather it is people acting a certain way towards them. Credits, or ships. Is the primary cause of them getting upset.
If you let go, and treat it like real life, where there is no "guiding hand", and you only get what you happen to get, you'll find it much less stressful.

Eh? Have you seen real life lately. Plenty of people thinking they're 'entitled' to things they haven't worked for... Entire State Institutions have been set up to cater to just that need. Also, votes.
