for the name, BretoniaN special forces might be better, and if you're "special forces" why're you flying Capital ships? infact, why're you in bloody space at all? I think you had better think this through a bit more, if you want to be like the LNS thingy, then you obviously want to fly caps.
And lastly, go make a KNF indie cap faction at least, Bretonia does not need a new lawful faction.

hope this doesnt target the 7th... huhuhu
and, yeah, specop units shouldnt be flying anything larger than... vhf, in my opinion. not even bomber, since it has a very militaristic role in my opinion. lf, preferably.
I agree with the critiques that have been posted before. I'd also add the following.
1. Your history and mission statement talk exclusively about protecting traders and defending Bretonia against pirates. Yet your policies have much more to do with interdiction (of smugglers or traders coming from Kusari) than with either of those. This is a disconnect that confuses me as to the real purpose for this group.
2. Last time I checked, not ALL trade with Kusari was prohibited, merely commodities that could be used as war materiel (though I may have missed a change). I've even received permission in the past from the Bretonian government to send Gateway ships into the Taus to IMG stations. You will not be able to track every vessel in Kusari or the Taus, so how will you always know where they've come from? IMG does some routes from the Taus into Kusari and back, as well as from our Tau bases into Bretonia. We abide by our agreements with the Bretonian government, so if you stop us from our lawful transit (say a trader coming from Kusari to Holman, or a trader from the Taus into Bretonia), we'll have a problem.
3. On that note, your "Tau 31" and "Kusari traders" policies are rather redundant.
4. Have you had conversations with existing factions in Bretonia to find out if this is even needed? Take seriously the KNF suggestion, as well as the point about police monitoring trade. You don't want to step on other people's toes here.
Edit: On #4, I don't mean there's not always room for new ideas. But just be sensitive to whose play you might be treading on with your own.
