Regarding the first incident, there have been no authorisations for passengers to be transported to Crete under any name, and there will never be such authorisation. Rest assured that the pilot of that transport was lieing through his teeth. Though one of the notable members of the Brotherhood was indeed Libertonian by birth, he was a Corsair by heart; but thats an entirely different story.
Teal'c is most likely one of the many young hotheaded captains that take to the skies from Crete in something a little larger than their station allows. While I do support punishment in some form, I am against exile, as people can learn from their mistakes... well, most of the time. If that proves futile, then I will support exile, of course. Perhaps, exile directly to the Jupiter Guild might be appropriate if such a need arises.

I wont lecture to you all with a speech of all the things I've seen, done or experienced. Ill simply say this.
Miguel Sephardi is to be made an Elder in my place, and I shall retire from my Elder position. I am confident that Miguel will lead the Brotherhood to glory once again, with the memories of the past, but also the visions of what he wants the future to be, which I now lack.
A new hand is needed, and Miguel has been faithful, honourable and reliable. He deserves this position more than anyone else, in my eyes.
I will still be a part of the Brotherhood, but I will live out the rest of my days as a much simpler soldier, and perhaps a consultant if times become hard again for the Corsairs.
I am honoured to have served the Corsairs and the Brotherhood as an Elder, but my time is up.
