Seems kinda like a Secret Branch of the Liberty Navy, swarn to secrecy and no one not authorised to know does know, or they dissapear...
I'm not saying it's a bad idea, i'm justing saying that it wouldn't be that good in Liberty as there are already way to many factions in there. I would suggest moving it to Rheinland side, but you've clearly stated that you don't want to.
If you need any help with it let me know, i'd be happy to help with anything.
[17:45:39] Wolfs Ghost (Murphy): Tom, you have problems. Go kill yourself.
[19:25:12] Johnny (Jam): Tomtom, I will beat you with a spoon.
[14:22:56] Prarabdh Thakur: KILL HIM WITH A SHEEP.
[17:40:48] Eagle (Junes): Tom should be slapped with a spoon.
[11:32:18] Warspite: Thank you for being so awesome Tom. <3
[18:17:36] Metano: I love you tomtom
[20:06:24] Warspite: I will seriously give you epic head.

It's a bit like a secret branch, but not really, just one that can go out for really deep space missions. Hopefully some of the independants will come over and join up, which may give us a chance to have some big fun fleet battles.
If that is the case, then I am even more against it. Liberty isn't even that desperate to employ such lowly tactics. As it is right now, it possess numerical superiority not to mention they declared the war first, placing them par-defaut as the confident attacker. For the time being.
' Wrote:So basically you want a navy that can go in enemy space without restriction imposed by the navy.
Nope, I'm against this.
No, I want a force of people who make surgical strikes into Rhienland, without passing planet Hamburg for now, who don't capwhore, who don't lolpewpew, and who are sensible and will let everyone have fun.
I dislike the High command of the Navy. We declared war on Rhienland over a month ago. How many events have we done with Rhienland? None. How many times have we organized a fight with the Rhienlanders? Zero times.
I'm trying to lead some people who wants everyone to have a good time, not just the winners.
Oh, and a quick edit here: How many restrictions imposed by the Navy are followed by the Indies? How many are useful? How many should be followed?
