It does not seem to fit at all with the other Gallic capital ship hull shapes
And it's sorta.... well not the best looking ship I've seen...it's too squarish and boxy
the engines do not fit Gallic designs either...
I see some potential here...dont trash it...perhaps some tweaking with the way things are angled. I can definitely see where you are going with the shape...it being a carrier and all. Play with the angles more, right now it looks like it could vacuum my floor.
I think if you presented this model to us without textures it wouldn't look Gallic at all. Remember the shape of your model is just as important as the textures in making a ship fit the line.
Chop off the pylons, up the overall detail and general level of love and you're moving in the right direction towards a Gailic utility vessel. Gallia will need a mining ship eventually, why not use the great rectangle in the sky as a stepping stone in that direction?
to be honest, I actually like the basic of it. The modifications to be made among other things would be to make the bridge much smaller. Even the windows as they are right now screams the ship is very small. Pull the bridge section to the front, middle or back completely, but don't make it take the whole length of the ship. I'd also think about removing the pylons to add lateral hangar bays.
