Greetings, as you may know, Bretonia is facing a grueling situation right now, with a war that is being fought at so many fronts, and with H-fuel supplies cut off, we obviously need a reliable emergency supply. I'm a bit upset that nobody in the government has pressed this initiative strong enough, so I will take these matters into my own hands.
As you know, H-fuel is a much needed strategic military resource. We used to get our shipments from Planet Holstein, but with Rheinland's offensive incursion, that route has been cut off. Bretonia needs a shipper that can transport the fuel, while evading suspicion from the Rhienland and Kusari governments. I believe Omicron Supply Industries is fit for this job.
Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing would like to order 30,000 units of H-fuel. This needs to be shipped from a fresh source, to Planet New London. with proof's of purchase and sales.*
Please let us know what you need to make this happen.
I look forward to hearing from you.
-Rick Astley
Director of Mining operations, and acting CEO.
OSI is willing to fulfill your request. We've contacted an Armed Forces-affiliated vendor on New London proper who is willing to offer us a decent price for the fuel, and as any businessman would he assures us he's got the best price on the planet, but given the current political situation on both ends of the route, what he's offering isn't enough to cover costs. And of course, it'll be fuel directly from the GMG distribution center in the northern Sigmas.
As compensation for the work, Billing has requested a value of 30,000,000 SC from BMM directly. If this deemed acceptable, we can most certainly draw up a contract and have the deliveries to you quickly.
BMM is willing to shell out the requested 30 million to fill up the queen's reserves.
Since I don't know what you have in mind, Ill allow your company to write up your contract. Ill make amendments to it if any issue comes up, before it is signed.

I am under the impression that this is a one-time contract. If this is not the case, we can certainly extend to recurring, should that be more desirable.
Greetings Mr Gheis,
Attatched is an ammended contract
Quote:Omicron Supply Industries (OSI) is hereby contractually obligated to deliver 30,000 units of H-Fuel from Fujisawa Mining Facility, Okinawa to Planet New London, New London over the duration of the next 10 days, as ordered by Bretonia Mining & Manufacturing (BMM).
BMM agrees to incrementally pay 10 million credits for every 10,000 units of H-fuel to the account OSI-Solar.Breeze upon completion of said deliveries, including presentation of all purchase and delivery cargo scans by OSI to BMM. Failure to fulfill delivery terms within the specified time period without sufficient notification and agreement by the recipient will release BMM from this contract. In this event, BMM will only be required to pay a percentage based on the amount of commodity hauled.
The contents of this contract are to be kept confidential. Due to the nature of the space which must be traveled to secure supplies for this contract, OSI will bear sole liability for its transport while shipping H-Fuel for BMM.
As representatives of our respective organizations, we agree to the above terms, dated 26 July 819 AS.
BMM needs the h-fuel now, not in a month. The deadline has been shrunk to 10 days. Additionally, BMM will send incremental payments for a given amount of H-fuel sent.
Is this Good for you?
-Rick Astley
Director of Mining operations, and acting CEO.
Mr. Astley, I can sympathize with your need. However, I'm running a business, not a charity. I cannot simply halt the trade fleet to fulfill your order as we do also have other clients. While I do not expect it to take the full 30 days to complete the deliveries you've requested, our goal was to provide ample room for us to deal with unforeseen circumstances. I should remind you how quickly the situation between Rheinland and Bretonia devolved and exacerbated your own predicament.
I can agree to the 10 day window, but the price for the contract will have to be doubled to 60,000,000 SC.
