Nevertheless, we would like to have access to you base for the purpose of trading Aluminum Ore everytime we have the opportunity, so, i am sending you this message in hopes that there is the possibility of negotiating terms for a permenant docking permission for [FL-ER].
Many bases we've come across during our travells usually only request an inicial fee. Following that track-mind i will make an initial offer of a payment of 50.000.000$ for a permenant docking permission permit.
If you prefer, we could open a separate channel to conduct negotiations.
