Daiymo Hirosho was wheeled into Shogun Sum-Gok-Li's chambers.
"Well they havent taken me to the prison, so perhaps I am not to be executed today?" thought Hirosho.
Sum entered his chambers, and as Daiymo Hirosho demanded to know why he was taken from the Court, Sum brought over a small tray containing medical instruments, and began looking over the Daiymo's injuries. Sum did not respond to the Daiymo, but he did talk to himself.
"Medium lacerations, distal fractures along the metacarpal, ultrasound shows some internal bleeding. It seems that you have escaped death Honorable Hirosho."
Sum went behind his desk, and leaned forward.
"Now perhaps you could care to explain to me how you came to be in such a state of ill health?"
The Lady Aki Shikyo quietly walks around Kyoto, observing the daily life of the Blood Dragons and their guests. Sometimes she stops to have a quiet chat with a Dragon technician, sometimes to entertain a young officer or two with some stories of past encounters or with a bit of music playing.
For now though, she considers her future with her Sisters, with the Dragons and Kusari as a whole. Most of the real polotics she chooses to avoid, and what little she can not seem to she deflects to others who may or may not have better views or answers.
In part though, she thinks about the Shogun and his words and how to best see him again and talk some more.
Perhapes she may need to find something important enough to even catch the Tai-Shoguns attention personally, then smiles to herself at that bit of fancy.
And so she continues to wander Kyoto, waiting and being patient...
Yuuma stepped into the center of the Court and bows to the Taishogun. "Konichiwa, the Wisest One, I have few matters waiting for your decision. Let me speak to explain onegai." Taishogun nodded. "Firstly, I'm planning to do bombardment of one city on New Tokyo. There'll be number of Naval Forces officials and Samura excutives present on festival. I have to admit, that's also my personal payback, the person who's part of my parents murder is present there. I have obtained resources and people, our informers are ready. I only await your approval for this action, it shall bring fear to enemies of the Blood Dragons! They won't forget what they're doing to themselves with stepping against Dragons! Lack of wisdom is to be punished...
Secondly, I've collected allmost enough resources to construct another cruiser. I've talked with Mito engineers, they told me they need some reliable software as current one is outdated. Everything else is ready.
I may talk to the Lane Hackers, those gajin from Galileo star, they produce reliable software. I'm sure they won't betray us - we have grounds of understanding, harted against Samura or Ageira - dirty corporations! I'd like to hear your voice on this matter to answer Mito engineers, the Wisest One!
Proposed name for cruiser should be Maizuru - part of the Eath's Kyoto. It'll be mostly guarding Tau-63, Chugoku and Tohoku.
And finally, I have to admit good performance and usefullness of the following people for the Shogunate: Ryuu Noboru, Hattori Hanzo, Teraku Oshiro, Kintaki Mitano." Yuuma sighed and looked to the Taishogun.
After listening the words of Yuuma Saburo, Teraku got up of his seat in the corner and walked slowly towards the centre of the Court, maintaning a certain distance from Yuuma. Teraku began to speak in a polite tone, but a defiant look could be noticed in his eyes.
Yuuma-sama, I already know that we must weaken both Naval Forces and Samura in order to restore the true Dinasty. But... Bombing an entire city? What about the civilian casualties? Yuuma-sama. how would you feel after killing innocent children? Destroying hospitals, schools? We're not savages... I think we could achieve our objectives by using any other means... You should think over it...
Teraku lowered his head, outraged.
But... You also said it's your personal payback. Let it be then.
Yuuma turned to Teraku Oshiro to listen his words, answering after:
Civilian casualities aren't something important for us - we're fighting for thruth! We don't have to answer in front of Kusari people as well... Oh, and to make your honour feeling better I'll add bombs I've obtained are from Rheinland. Kusari folk will fear something unseen, and our enemies will shake themselves, their nerves will be overloaded and they'll start to do wrong decisions! Slowly our assasins will start hunting them down bring more and more fear to their hearts! Finally they'll just commit suicide due to impossibility of resistance to horror!
And don't forget, my dear friend, I was assigned as roju for some reasons, namely my wisdom and skills.
