What error message do you get?

Okay so i moved the vanilla folder to my D drive and downloaded the launcher into the folder and now it works for some reason..........So i'm sorry for having wasted your time good sir.
Now i'm just hoping the font isn't all out of wack again
So if this is your problem. here are the guided steps.
1: Freelancer vanilla and Freelancer discovery uses different installation directory. 2: Install clean non-modded Freelancer vanilla in your preferred installation directory or in default directory. 3: Install Freelancer Discovery (See figures Below)
-3.1: Locate where you installed the Freelancer Vanilla installation.
-3.2: Click Next and Next again.
-3.3: Locate the directory where you wanted the Freelancer Discovery to be installed. Or just to be installed in the default installation directory (C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Discovery Freelancer 4.88.1)
4: If you install the Discovery Freelancer in its default directory you cannot find it since windows sets the \AppData\ into hidden mode. to fix this refer to this link: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-v...ows-vista/
i hope this helps your problem. but since you already installed the freelancer i think your problem is in figure 4:
