Well, we can still ask for contraband and destroy the trader if he refuses. As it brakes the embargo, even if by id it's not stated as such, you can still be considered a smuggler and destroyed.
Edit:
Can demand traders who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Liberty is at war with to drop all cargo and destroy ships if they refuse to comply,
Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply with contraband demands
Good move. This is much needed to give a clear differentiation between the Liberty Navy and LSF.
I wish any =LSF= pilots the best of luck with these new orders. I expect indie LSF players will follow suit with the change in RP aswell which is cool.

For example, if I want to be indie, and disturb trade in (f.e.) New Berlin system while flying Roc, FL IFF, LSF ID, how should I behave if I see some traders?
Oh that, nice to see people show some interest.
First of all, it's not FL IFF, LSF ID, but the exact contrary. You can also use Magma Hammers, but be careful as it may backfire. We do use them, though.
You disrupt civilian traffic and, if you feel like you have the strenght, military traffic as well. You only target Rheinland based corporations, not the others who go through. You ask them to drop cargo and you blow them if they refuse. Pretty much what a pirate does, except you don't ask for money, this is not extortion. Also, unlike the pirate, you're not there to either get the money or blow the trader. So your first priority is to get them to drop the cargo and destroy it, rather than have a shootout.
Last but not least, you should try to avoid at all costs getting caught. We usually operate in group, and have a pre-set RV location with a waypoint, just in case we have to scramble.
If you see us around, look at some of the previous posts for the way to recognise us, feel free to contact us and tag along.

Yes, even I don't get what you meant by saying this one, Costin. ID is what matters, it must be LSF ID. IFF is not so important (especially if you go undercover). No IFF/FL IFF would work too, I guess (IFF would be a means of disguise in this case).
Silly folks (my LSF folks), the Reindeers are using no IFF and LSF ID with Liberty weapons and civilian ships. Though they are easily recognizable and many lawfuls in Rheinland do know their intention now. oh well.
As for traders. Most miners will use an ID that gives them a high Yield in Omega-7 (Kruger) so they are a good target. However, the number of lawful corp traders (not miners) is extremely low. Players want to use the indie IDs to have some carte blanche and be protected from us. sad
