On several characters i brought the corsair bribe multiple times now. Everytime the corsairs color neutral to me. When i leave the bar or log out the corsair rep jumps back to hostile again.
So i lost my money and got a worser rep with several other npc factions, but still my sair rep is hostile...
Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong here. (Have the IMG id & affliation on my chars)
IMG ID repninjas the Corsairs to hostile when docking\undocking\etc
Like Corsair ID repninjas IMG rep to hostile in a same way. (I found it when it comes to be impossible for me to make Corsair starflier after doing /restart corsairs Q_Q)
To clearify: I don't want Corsair weaponry on my IMG char since it is OORP, thereby when i'm red to Corsairs i can't land on their bases so can't buy their equipment.
All i wanted was rep the sairs to neutral, since i wanted to trade and mine in area's where corsair NPC's are active.
I gave the switch from bar to store just as an example.
But what i have understood now is that the repninja get's in effect directly when leaving the bar. Thanks for that explanation all of you guys!

Well that is the point of the NPCs and repnindjas- to bugg ya when you mine/trade, making them neutral is OORP and sactionable I think. You cannot be hostile as faction with Corsairs and be neutral with them at the same time just to boost your credits per second ratio...

As IMG you will only be neutral to the Sairs if you somehow manage to shoot enough of their enemies so that they turn white. And then they'll only be white until the next undock (yes, that happened to me once while slowmining a field where Mollies were constantly harassing me)
If you want to be neutral to the Sairs, the independant miner ID is probably going to be your only choice, but it severely restricts the bases you can dock on in for instance Omega 7.
