Its with great pleasure to announce three officers within our Corporation moving upward. I always cherish these moments because it reminded me of my beat cop days. Just sitting in my Avenger patrolling the lanes and taking down the bad guy. Now that my fight is more political I rely on officers like these three to ensure my citizens in our Republic are safe from organized crime. So without any further waiting lets get right to it.

Andrew Wilson - You have not been with our department for very long yet your actions paint a different view of you. Your detailed reports and patrol time are impressive and Its without hesitation I make you a full member of our Police Force. You are hereby promoted to the rank of Officer.

Alban Jankowski - Your patrol time, detailed reports and ability to take down suspects in a quick and efficient manner have shown your true colors, I feel this promotion is long overdue for your efforts. Congratulations on your promotion to Detective.

Andrew Ashford - Another long overdue promotion, your patrol time, detailed reports, have separated you from most of your peers and that's what I like to see when I am handed names for promotion. Congratulations Detective.

Here we are again in these great halls of One Police Plaza! I welcome all of you who could make it and those tuning in while on patrol. Its that time to recognize those select Officers who have excelled in their duties and I just want to get right into so here we go!
