I can only praise anyone responsible for keeping the mod alive - their not paid for it. I personally think it's a great mod 11years on and there was over 100 people on at the same time. Impressive achievement in my book.

That pretty much sums it all up, but I'll add a few things anyway.
Part 1: Talk is cheap, they say! Everyone here has a lot to say about things, and they get upset or surprised when no one listens to their fabulous suggestions. But do they actually do anything themselves? Most people here are just complaining windbags when it comes down to matters like this. If you really... REALLY wanna change something, then you all know what you need to do. Show the admins/devs that you are available and that you actually wanna help. Send them a PM and simply ask: "What can I do?" Be persistant!
If you don't know how to do it, then you can learn. The main quality you need is your attitude towards it.
Those of you that don't want to do this... Play the game as it is, or... Leave!
Part 2: There are things here that don't require you to be an admin/dev to change things for the better. How about improving on RP for instance? That's something everyone can do. A while back I read a post where an admin brought up the question whether you should be able to sanction silent traders. That just tells me that the general level of RP on this server is way below what it used to be. This isn't something that admins/devs can change. This change comes from every single member.

This two, with to bother again to present a concept and invest a lot of time creating it when the Devs go not U?
On the other hand we are dying as community with style.
Longer version of the same:
Disco can be fixed quite easy because there are really a lot of people that are willing to help fixing it, none from the people in charge wants to create lets say huge dev team with different layers and 50-60 people.
The thing is that they have no idea how project management works and how to organise themselves using the free available resources that the community could offer. None also cares about the opinion of the players of the mod.
This two facts bring huge gap between players and devs/admins, if the said gap is not closed as we speak the server and the community would be gone within less then a year or there would be few old farts/zombies around with 30sh average players on-line witch is equal to zombe half-death server.
