But if your ID doesn't allow you to attack anyone, then you can't. Since verbal attacks aren't attacks in the normal sense.

The definition of attack in the sever rules: "3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%."

So, no. You cannot attack a "mocker" with a Freelancer ID.
