Unlawful is just more attractive than lawful. This is why, except my trader (Zoner lawful) and my Order (quasi-lawful), i have char only in criminals. And i don't lolwut "2millrdai".

I like Baconsoda's answer, although I'm not so sure if the person who started this topic just wants an answer as to why it is unbalanced. I think he's leaning towards "what we can do to fix it".

As mainly a trader/escort, you do see more unlawfuls then lawfuls. And yes, sometimes that scenery is in New York. Should we fix this? I don't think so. Restricting the number of unlawfuls on the server, will most likely:

A. Cause all of the unlawfuls to share their anger on the forums.
B. Make being an unlawful even more intriguing everyone.

Quote:"Why join the police and be poorly paid, restricted to your house when you can be a pirate and do whatever the hell you want?"

Now that is a good point, maybe allowing police/military more pay would increase the number of lawfuls on the server.

I'm not saying that the server is always unbalanced, favoring the unlawfuls. Sometimes there are more lawfuls as well. Although, I do agree that most of the time, unlawfuls are favored.

What would of course, increase the numbers of pirates, would be the ability for lawfuls to tax or fine pirates instead of blowing them up. Kinda like just charging them for assaulting someone, etc. Then instead of pirating traders, we would pirate pirates!
