I agree.
Prison liner is really bad restricted ship- it has bad turning, bad turrets arcs and nerfed cargohold and cost much. And Prisoners are not really profitable to trade.
I would suggest to change the prison liner making it a little more agile may be new texture to look rusty 3600 cargo and make it part of civilian lines.
With the turrets type 4 using too much energy to fire and having too short range and type 2 that pwn other transports- liners are pretty outgunned for their high price- 10 times cheaper P-ransp is much better and you can use the rest credits for decent capital armour update.High hull stats means nothing if you cannot evade hight dmg guns point at you or you cannot shoot properly back.

- A liner is not meant to be able to evade incoming fire.
- It's neither meant as a 'Prisoner' transportation ship. (The prison liner) (we got an armored transport to do that)
- It neither needs a counterpart rusty looking civilian ship. (it's just to big for freelancers, and even if it was old it would still be worth to much for lonely freelancers, maybe a freelancer group or merc group could effort one but that about it.)
- It needs a bigger cargo bay.
- It needs special liner guns that also fit the slave liner and the luxury liner.
- It needs a little more armor. (maybe)
The slave liner needs to get rid of the name 'slave liner' and make it an old long range research vessel name.
We could use some more civilian 3600 cargo space ships.
"Liner for the masses"?
We need some simple little passenger-transports.
And we need some small transports. More variety for those 3.800 IDs.
...Aaaaand the BWT needs new textures.
Would be a good idea to make some smaller (2.000 - 3.800) transports, which look a bit old and used. That's why they're sold to freelancers.
I would really like to see a Slave Liner with a bit less rustier textures, for use as a Researcher - but still it's a great ship. Just the name is wrong.
It's no Slave Liner, it's just an old exploration vessel, which is "USED" by slavers.

Thank you for contradicting your own argument. Saves me the effort.
But I'm gonna throw something in anyway 'cause I'm a jerk like that.:P
Trade companies. New ones like Aquila and Renzu and established ones like Gateway and BMM. They can't use Liners (I think), but they might have a use for something Liner-like.
