One of our goals is to make the Mollys faction that is not based in Dublin and does not leave Dublin. For the 0-49 reasons look at the Grand Canaria Infocard and what jammi said.

This suggestion is good too.

Molly in Omega-49 is grand.
However there would be some repercussions, this event doesn't illustrate that.
If all out war, or lots of skirmishes, started happening in Omega-49, the Zoners might be inclined just to throw everyone out of the system. It was a tactic that the ol MR considered, with the blockade being the first tactic used.
So small pew pew event between two hostile factions that pew pew on daily basics will make zoner to attack us ?
I dare you to read the grand canaria info card for real. The zoners are the ones who will loose something if they shoot any from the both sides. Anyway good laugh...

The Zoners' own rules indicate that the only NFZ in the system is the radius around Gran Canaria. If they're inclined to follow their own rules, they've got no legs to stand on if they want to boot people from the system for fighting on the opposite side of the sector.
At any rate, the Mollys don't need the Zoners in the slightest. They're one of the few unlawful factions that have zero dependence on them - this means that have considerable liberties when it comes to hostile actions in Omega 49.
Them reacting to this event would be a bit like the Omicroners attempting to FR5 the Outcasts and Corsairs / restrict their docking to FP9 for fighting at the Theta jump hole.
most fun.
Mollies, Corsairs, BAF, BPA, maybe some Hogosha and OC, and some indies.
why should only two factions being involved? :D
i mean officially yes- two factions, but what about temporary allies for both sides?

Because it's not supposed to be a faction-spanning mega fleet engagement. It's a small time arrangement for a regular skirmish between the Molly and Corsair factions. Much alike the old Corsair and Outcast battles in Eta - they worked fine as pure two-horse races. There was no need to call in allies, enemies and locals.
By all means, feel free to create a separate event whereby everyone can be involved.
