In 4.85 all new ships non-gallia ships were hostile to GRN and GRP including Freelancer and Independent trader IDs. But these two could be improved to be neutral when you shoot some unlawful npc or maquis depot. Other unfortunately had rephack (tryed with Republican shipping and Interspace Commerce).

In 4.86 I tryed Freelancer ID and GRN was hostile when appeared near me in Leeds. It seems that at least you will be hostile to them at every first contact, question is if the rephack are still on or not.

EDIT: Tryed Republican Shipping ID and again at first contact GRN was hostile to me.
